We just tested this yesterday.
Liberator

  • 50 health heal
  • 44% increased damage for 5 seconds.

Any idea how much post sprint damage for scout is and how long, or does it work at all?

As far as I know, it still does not work, and I don’t know of anyone that has got it to work.

According to the developers, it’s supposed to be an increased amount of damage for three seconds after sprinting for at least three seconds, but, like I said, it does not seem to be working.

No. It was @OldKingHamlet that told me how it should work, but not how much of an increase it should have.
