I think it’s time to admit the truth. The wrong developer got the IP. The game could have been good. But it’s just so bad in almost every conceivable way.

think thats where im at, i truly wish i knew where my direct investments were going, instead of blindly paying for every DLC (that isnt necessarily properly introduced into this franchise, story, or anything), hoping it will be reinvested back into this game. (when it clearly hasnt).

Phew. Let’s all take a breath. Secondly, if I stop typing it’s like 8:30PM and I have a family, and they take priority over me typing away over the internet -_-

Some points:

  • There’s cool stuff coming, but until it’s announced, I can’t say anything. But I’m looking forward to when I can. It’s been the standard limit on what I can say and I cannot break that.
  • We hear you guys want more, and frankly, keep telling us what you want. We’re going to keep working at things, and I think it shows with the last hotfix.
  • We have a published roadmap showing DLC in Feb, and I’m looking forward to when we can share more of the vision
  • PHG is a good game, but we can keep working at it and make it better.

It’s fair to hold our feet to the fire: You like PHG and you want more of it. I’m not debating that. That’s a good thing. And it’s on us to deliver. But there will be some fun surprises: We caught on to the dataminers, so hopefully what’s coming soon will be really fresh :p

There’s plenty of gamers, and plenty of passion. The music in PHG. The sound. The animation. Bringing Dutch back to the series. A backstory by Dutch tying the games into the contiguous Predator universe. Female predators. Some pretty slick unique Predators that each fit the ethos of what a Predator darn well. And frankly some more subtle stuff too. So we’ll keep at it, at it will take hard work, but never doubt the team’s passion.
