Now maybe folks can see what it looks like when a Predator does not “just Zerker combistick rush” and appreciate the amount of work other play styles require of the Predator player.

Last time I checked 4 man teams weren’t using in game comms.

they do they said in lobby they shit down my throat

wierd cause every premade ive gone agains’t doesn’t cause it provides pred with an advantage
guess that group just didn’t know that or they really wanted to trash talk

this is how i deal with premades. Another video has me sniping one with a combo stick at around 300m on a camping recon.

You just gotta vs a decent FT now :)

they look bad cause i make them look bad

No they wernt good lol… they let you claim 2 of them, (any decent team would burst you down while you try), and they use auto-shotties, which are useless.

Currently on an 83 win streak with my FT…

Actual footage of us catching the pred :

Run the second win perk and you’ll never die if your not dumb

But theres no cliffs I cant scale before you get the heal off and no way for you to out run me, so I’m not so sure.

Not gonna lie, I love the zerker rush playstyle myself. Always have in games, but I promise that I just don’t go in and kill everyone in 3 mins. I like to kill a few, back off and harrass and pick off who I can till the Chopper’s called… Then it’s all out zerker rage. Good times when it comes together.

This is the very scene that inspires my preferred hunting modality…

I think the game is fairly well balanced right now, good fireteams who stick together and apply the right pressure to the predator to keep them off the objective and get out via the chopper. Good predator players will consistently change tactics throughout the match and keep probing a good FT team looking for weaknesses. If they find one they will exploit it. I think everyone on here just wants a longer match to keep the play interesting. I think either (a.) Adding longer missions to the game would work i.e. minimum of 6 tasks versus the current three would work, or (b.) Creating a time gap before receiving the next objective, which would cause the FTs to hunker down allowing the Pred more time to harass them.

And this mine.

And what I meant by my comment to “zerker rushes” was that the FT would have no room to use the standard list of complaints about being defeated in this manner.

I have been tempted to try that method myself, but I just find that myself (and usually also the FT) have more fun and a longer match when playing in a similar manner.

That was fucking depressing to watch. That poor pred. LISTEN TO ITS CRY OF AGONY AND PAIN. you monsters…

Yes, and I do not know Predator lore, but so many people seem to think of their combat skills as legendary/Bruce Lee stomping level good.

In all the movies, I see the Predators throwing some really bad haymakers and stomping around all derpy. No real fighting stance or style other than RAWR I R BIGGER, RAWR.

Maybe that is the difficulty in performing with all that movie magic glued to your body, but I have another theory.

The theory that their training probably does not revolve much around self defense but more around securing kills. Securing kills from prey that is trying to escape and not around a prey item that is fighting back.

I understand where everyone is coming from to a degree. There is a fair point on both sides.

But the fireteam is not always super hard to beat, and the predator is not always super bad. And visa versa.

There’s no side that is completely right in the Pred vs Fireteam argument…

Well I think that’s normal cause humans are hunters too, dutch, royce and the michael harrigan all they hunted predators…
Maybe they can implement more elements of terror and suspense
