Yes, I know this update added bugs. But holy hell the amount of work that went into this must have been insane. The amount of bug fixes, balance charges, UI changes, is really awesome. The night modes for EVERY MAP had to have been so difficult to implement. It’s not just a matter of “turning off the light source,” it must have taken so much time and effort. And a skin that basically acts as a new weapon? Awesome!!! That’s not even taking into account the amount of detail that went into the design of the exiled predator. They even improved the bots from last update! People asked for night modes, they get night modes, they ask for bots, they get bots, they ask for pred specializations, they get pred specializations. “iLLfoNic nEvEr LisTeNs to tHe cOmMunItY” just shut up, please. Hell of a good job illfonic, keep it up ;)

Edit: Forgot to mention they raised the level cap too, ANOTHER community request.

Uh. No. Lol.

I was on this boat when I read the patch notes this morning. I promptly did a graceful swan dive off of it once the bug reports and videos started to come in. Like, they REALLY fucked it up. I’m aware that they know and are probably going to have a hotfix for some things, but, really man…stop wasting your breath. Please. Its not worth it. Illfonic does what they want to do, when they want to do it. Its been documented since launch. You list all these things that we’ve asked for, yet, that’s only the bare tip of the iceberg for what we’ve been asking and waiting over a year for and nothing has happened. Bug fixes galore, new modes, new tutorials, better weapon tracking, more balance between Pred and FT, remove this, put in that, buff this, nerf that…some of the EASIEST things anyone at a computer can program and do…they don’t. So stop telling us to be grateful, we have nothing to be grateful for. SOS, bub. SOS.

I’m not going to deny that a lot of changes should have been made sooner as in a year ago, but this is progress.

Exiled is a Comic Book chracter that Incorporates Predator Hunters into the full Canon.

AvP Masks so AvP Canon’s now too.

Bug fixes and stuff we’ve asked for were implemented.

The game got some new broken bug shit, but they’ll be fixed soon or later.

Wrong. AvP is not canon. They are both separate universes, this has been mentioned many times, and PHG’s canon only brings in certain EU characters but mostly stays within the lore of the main Predator franchise. There is also copyright issues, that’s why the masks are labeled with different names.

But not the bug fixes we’ve been asking for since launch. And very, very very little of what we’ve been asking for has been implemented, and yet, is still broken.

Will it, though…? And if it is, how long do we have to wait? There are legitimate game-breaking bugs right now. If there isn’t a hotfix either today or early tomorrow…I dunno what to tell you.

I disagree. Yes Illfonic takes massive Ls for how they manage bug fixing, but the game isn’t going anywhere rn. Bugs are just that, bugs.

Haven’t tested him out fully but he’s definitely looking like aggressive Scout, like how CH is just aggressive Hunter.

So Alpha/NECA isn’t canon despite his backstory being mentioned in the Isabelle tapes? Whatever’s put into the game is Canon as per Illfonic themsleves on numerous statements. You may not like it, you may point to the Gaska Alien RPG Article, but AvP is definitely Canon to Predator now. I have a 90 Page doc you can argue with if you want to debate this.

True. Like I said, I’m not denying anything. I’m not souped on copuim. I want Illfonic to do more. Updates like this every Update would be amazing. Without the bugs and everything but yea.

I remember when Parry Crash Glitch was a thing. But I do know that was fixed relatively fast. Game breaking glitches are always snuffed out fast, I do expect a hotfix tomorrow, if not next week.
