Graphics on Dutchs hair

I’m going to update my Pics of Dutch. I’m having problems getting it to look like all the other screencaptures that I find on google.

There is an exception brightness to it and noisy transparency to it.
I need to know how to fix this. As it is even worse during game play.

See how the light is reacting to it in the last screenshot? At the back of the head and on his mustache above his lips and a light off the top of his hair line. I get none of that.

I don’t know what spec they have in the screenshot…so I can’t even be certain if the screens are from devs either.

Another noisy hair problem. Please click the image to view in its actual resolution.

None of the settings for AntiAliasing or POst-Processing, or Textures set to the highest can get what DualShockers has posted. My Radeon comes with software that may bypass the games settings but I currently have it disabled. So i don’t know whats up. Does everyone get the same issue or is it just me?
