Only in private matches can you disable spotting, but normal gameplay is fixed in solo pubs.
Hardcore Hunt got people running scared?
That sounds as if the Game would only be balanced if the Pred kills the FT fast.
But shouldnāt it be the opposite? Having the game to be on the edge for the whole 15 minutes? Making it super hard for the Pred AND FT?
Having Modded Private Matches with 120-150% Pred Health and no spotting is the closest the game got to being balanced for me, at least against a Fireteam that are on a comparable skill-level.
But not having Predator spot isnāt such a big deal if the FT is good, they just spot next to the Pred and thatās it.

Iāve learned that against very good preds, spotting them is actually counter productive as they will immediately move as soon as they get spotted, leaving you with a very short window to take your shots.
But definitely having spotting disabled is a good balance change overall

I think spotting should only be actually used for oneself (highlighted on your own screen) rather than for the entire team. Seems naturally to obtain focus for yourself rather than for 3 others who have no idea where to look. I mean if you want to point him out you should be on coms doing it.

I think it shouldnāt exist at all. Is a fucking wallhack. Thatās basically cheating on every other game out there. Just spot a leaf, (which anyway happens half the time)

Yeah Spotting & Parrying are the two dumbest FT mechanics out there. FT should have a dodge roll with I-Frames instead of a Parry. Spotting is as you said just a fucking wallhack.
