Investigations were performed, hundreds of them. Hell, Trump had a 2 year long investigation into the 2016 election after claiming fraud after winning. They found nothing and had to wrap it up.

You have to provide evidence of your claims, simply making claims isn’t sufficient. The second lawyer is better but he’s going to make emotional appeals rather than arguments.

Trump really scrapped the bottom of the barrel for his lawyer, guy is so out of his depth. The second lawyer is better better spoken but making claims that are directly contradictory and is going to make it emotional rather than legitimate arguments.

There has been no court ruling proving either side is correct

It’s an extremely important debate that was swept under the rug IMO

You know the constitution states the chief justice of the Supreme court is to preside over an impeachment trial?

You know who refused to hear the impeachment case and is not presiding over the impeachment trial?

If the courts unwillingness to hear claims of election tampering is proof enough, why isn’t the courts unwillingness to hear the impeachment?

It was the certification of the election on dec. 14. They certified that the election took place according to each states laws. Trump had 50,000 poll watchers, none gave the courts any testimony that would have disqualified that certification.
Trump at the time tried strong arming key republican governors into stopping them from certification, they didn’t find any substantial proof or they would have done so even without his pushing for it.

Trump lost a fair and free election, he failed to prove otherwise.

I think once Dems and reps actually work together we’ll find out that government kinda sucks and can’t do much. It’s only when they go against each other and decide to collaborate on a half-assed plan so neither looses ground, do they look like they are doing their best considering the need to show a little respect to the other party.
