Our elected officials are sworn in to serve in broad daylight and without fear. The head of the Executive branch, no less.

Remember when Obama, who I have heard conservatives refer to unironically as the Anti-Christ came to take your guns? No? Me either.
Besides, I have bad news for people who truly believe the gubment is going to come and take yer’ guns or any other QANON/Russian/Chinese/Iranian intelligence operation shit and that is that the guns won’t protect you because THEY ALREADY PUT A BOMB IN YOUR TV!

Yup. I hope no shit goes down either. As weird as things are, it still feels like there’s this trust between gov and people. Gov trusts them not to go bunkers and people trust gov not to take rights away. So they go along as planned, with precautions of course.
I voted for Trump and I’m so ready to move on. Many other trumpets must feel these same way. It’s just a few loose cannons that we have to worry about

News comes fast. I used to watch Tim Pool sometime in the summer. Seemed like a good sourse, but leaning toward Trump. After all the voting fraud i could watch it anymore cause every but if ‘news’ would be up there. There no waiting anymore. Hed report whatever was out there and then likely backtrack a few days after. Got kinda annoying but that’s where we are

He’s not bad, he’s only “red pilled” because of stuff like that Cuomo and Lemon video. News happens, he reports what he finds, as more comes out he updates. Not so much back tracking. He’s also generally consistent.
Here’s one you’ll like. Clothing company called Ranger Up does this weekly, usually hilarious, mostly straight up. Opening is always clear and consice opinion and always ends with a wonderful segment on America’s greatest hero

Thanks. Yeah, Tim’s fair, just a bit too trump-centered for me. At one point i was taking in anything that made trump look good, but what got to me is that Tim never had anything good to say about the Dems and hardly ever criticized Trump. Seemed too one-sided.
He did go a little deep, but in all fairness the dems hardly did anything nice during Trump’s presidency that was news worthy. He’s not wrong that almost their entire platform was “orange man bad”…well we get that but what makes you good other than stopping him?
I guess. I just had a hard time believing that there was nothing good to say about Dems. I know the top brass is rotten, but i felt like if the smaller guys could have gotten more attention the whole party would have a better image. Not in the sense of covering up the bad patches, but giving some light to the party’s future so maybe there will be more cooperation between two sides.

Watched that vid. Is it correct to say that senate is split 50/50 even though it’s 50 Reps, 48 Dems and 2 independents?
Also, i though that in order to convict thr president the senate needed 2/3 of the votes, while here it seems like simple majority.
They need 17 Republicans to convict
