There are a few more than Romney that’ll vote yay. McConnell probably will. Establishment Republicans hate Trump just as much as Democrats do and this is a way to get rid of him for good. I’ll be honest though i don’t know if it’s a 2/3ds vote or not. One of those independents is Bernie. The other I forget who but basically a counted Democrat vote.
