I’ve only managed to melee down a pred once. And it was just because he was stupid standing still while attacking me. He wasn’t circling around like any other pred would do

i mean i love 1v1 melee but most of the times when i leave one alive they just hide away
yeah i agree that i will net you more wins but your progress in getting better will slow using meta crutches. thats why i play scout bare bones only caster and blades no perks etc
FT have no honor, many times have I slain them do they rage quit denying my claims after twice defeated after using reinforcements
If they pull out knife then I switch to WB always I’m always down for the 1v1 bladeVblade but if they try to use it to bait me into a close range smg clip dump IF I survive it then they get blasted into oblivion 😆😈

Being top tier means taking advantage of the meta and things that would easily throw you higher in the food chain even if the stuff you use is cheap asf lmao
Lots of FTs whine about honor while they use every tool at their disposal but get upset when a pred does the same. I use the plasma caster a lot. People say it’s spamming but I know if the tables are turned they don’t give up any advantage. If FT wants to camp in a building then I’m going to spam charge blasts until they get smoked out.
They call you out for spamming in matches that are 50/50 range and melee use.

I almost always melee Fireteam after softening them from afar. Because it’s up close and personal.
Regarding mercy, I show the same amount that Fireteam shows me. That is to say ZERO.
Only once have I had a FT member not kill me while healing in second wind when he could have.
Rather, when they have the opportunity they’re like dogs chasing a rabbit, showing no mercy.
So when it’s last man standing, AND THEN he wants to be shown some type of “fair fight”, or when the lobby yielded only 1 or 2 players on FT, I remember their bloodlust and how much they’ve shown me mercy (not).
At one time I was all about giving them a break, but after being teabagged often enough, I realized that most who are asking for mercy are only doing so because things didn’t go their way in their desire to destroy me.
So melee; yes. Mercy; no.
Now if one of the FT is not carrying any arms, or is a pregnant character, or is a child lost in the forest, I would happily let them exfil in peace, but none of those characters exist in the game. Lol
