Its a real sophisticated paradigm. I think a whole new level of something would have to be placed on top of what I said to make it fair play. So this boils down to how well thought out should this game be past whats already been established?
But I also think that, for the money this game cost, it could go that level.
I give Illfonic credit for producing something of this caliber with this franchise.
Nobody did anything like this with Alien, and all the other franchises were F13 and DBD in which I still don’t quite GAF about.

To me, fiction -wise, this is in line with Star Trek and the Borg, or Starcraft. Man vs Alien. Not the half-witted horror thrill kill of F13, Nightmare and Halloween.

Nope… statistically, there are more FT players than Preds… so you can’t simply count instances and count that as a trend

You would have to count instances on both sides and then divide it by the amount of players of each side to come up with any kind of fact. otherwise, is just an opinion, like mine, not a fact

I actually have made up my own code of Honor.

    1. Depending on the fireteams playstil I will either kill them without claim, only short claim them or only long claim those who put up a fight.
    1. Let them reinforce when I see fit to hunt them a second time.
    1. Assist when only one is loading into the hunt. (Note: when they let me assist. If they attack me they get their spine removed through quick claim)
    1. I will do the knife fight if a guy asks for it. (Note: when they don’t use a mic best would be the teabag agreement to only fight with knifes)

Remember Primal Rage? At least that game had a “no cheese” icon that would pop up if you did shady shit like that… kind of a bandaid for poor combat mechanics, but fun none the less.

No it’s empirical evidence, only FT are dishonorable because like I said I experimented using all classes each match and FT would not let me claim their skulls because of their immaturity and poor sportsmanship with them messaging me how I’m “trash”

I would argue that if you encounter a last man standing who has their knife out (be it by choice or out of ammo) and you net them before you kill them it would be dishonorable. Not that I haven’t done that before, but it just didn’t feel right… Unless they were talking alot of shit beforehand. Then it’s all good.

No because it’s a tool that hunters use for game but how it’s used in this game is highly redundant especially since it can be broken by a mere knife while in AVP it just breaks against it because the cables can even cut outside the net

I’m not understanding your point… My experience is that the net is extremely effective in situations where it’s one, two, or even 3 v 1. . I have many videos to prove it. Even against FT using macros… if its just one, they’re fucked.

No you didn’t read our earlier conversations, I said FT is dishonorable because they would not let me claim them by quitting the match, then he said he felt guilty netting the last FT and I said toughen up buttercup it’s not dishonorable since FT can break our nets when in reality they can’t so FT are trash
