How do fireteams think barricading yourself in a room is a good idea?

if the pred has good aim and is spamming PC and/or BOW it allows for a re-group and coordinate the exit strategy.
Good teams will do this against threatening Preds and will usually drop medkits and ammo to restock. After a quick “meeting” we shall agree who goes out first (usually the fastest one) and serve as bait in order for the rest to get out and try to find where the pred is engaging from.
Camping inside a building on the other hand is an entirely different thing employed by scared noobs
