You have google you can look up examples of limited speech in America if that’s your thing, if my example wasn’t perfect it really is no skin off my teeth. Issuing threats is the real argument you should be interested in countering.
Also, I’ve always wondered what the absolute free speech people think of, non disclosure agreements limitIng speech even if you have it as a core right, doesn’t that create a situation where speech should be unrestricted regardless of your signature.
Free speech is not an argument against moderation, deleting comments or banning people from a forum. Those things have nothing to do with one another, this place is someone’s property and they get to decide what stays or goes.
Anyway, I think I’m moving on to other topics now. A conversation has been started and while I would have appreciated a more friendly response from whoever, seeing a lock symbol was good enough.
