well clearly it shows that in the end your chopper leaves and when yo ulive it says you survive so technically it;s a win for ft since you know you didn’t die.
I just got banned from a steamer's chat for pointing out that a succesfull detonation = win for the pred..
FT wins if
1.) at least one FT member makes it out alive or
2.) Predator is killed, by any means. FT lives do not matter… the Predator is dead.
Anything else is just bonus points.
Predator wins if
1.) All fireteam members are killed and predator survives.
2.) Timer runs out.
Git gud!
If you just kill the predator but you don’t disarm, its a draw, its not a win for the FT. We had a daily in the game to win matches, I’ve killed quite a few preds with no disarm and it does not count in that daily.
No, just no. To easy for predator to jump up on some high ground, unreachable area nearby and blow up. Just no.
So if ft DC=pred win…
If you mean rage quit, then yes.
Yes… but it’s hard to know sometimes…
.
I am telling you what the developers consider a win right now. If the predator just dies and you don’t disarm its a draw.
Wrong.

I think you need a shower…
…and wash off my camo, no way!

Just do it!
i am sorry kiddo but you are wrong , if you dont disarm the predator irs draw like it or no
Sorry Jr, pred loses if he blows up and ft survives, they get to the chopper and leave.
Well yes when everyone gets a reward for attending, lol. Nah, that’s just dumb and encourages piss poor predator players to do just that, second wind + hop to some nearby high ground unreachable area and blow up. If Pred dies little man, FT wins. Only way I would bow my hat to tie is if Pred took out all FT members with the blast. Otherwise no, git gud. I see to many predator players give up way to early, hop someone nearby, and blow up. Kill yo self FTW lmao.
You will never get better by doing this, at least you should try to do your best
The game does count it as a win but James Cameron has seen the movie countless times and doesn’t think that Dutch lost.
It’s a tough one. Bottom line is the PHG game says it’s a pred win. But to James Cameron there are times he would consider it a draw or even a win for FT.
What if the FT completes their objectives. Kills the pred on the way to the EZ but it’s at a distance or the pred is up on a roof so there’s no time to defuse. So the FT gets out of range and survives. The cutscene shows choppers looking at the crater so we can assume they would also pick up the FT. So how can that be anything but an FT win? They done the mission, killed the pred and survived the blast. In what universe could we say that the winner in that situation is the pred?
It feels like a draw when the objective is complete but the pred detonates and kills the FT. The creature is dead and so is the FT but the mission was done so it’s not really a win or loss for either.
Feels like a pred win if the mission isn’t complete and he detonates. Whether he kills the FT or not he ends the round and prevents them completing the objective.
These are just a few scenarios though and there are too many for the game to have a ton of different win/loss conditions so it’s easier to just say it’s a pred win if the bomb goes off. But if you feel like your FT won because you killed the Pred and survived the blast then feel free to count it as a win in your mind since you killed him and he didn’t kill you.
It all depends on the context of the fight, personally if the pred gets their asses handed to them throughout the match and blow up the FT at the end I would still count it as a loss to the pred just as if the pred wipes the FT but the last person runs or hides and draws out the clock that’s a loss for the FT.
That’s another of the many scenarios James Cameron is talking about. There are too many possibilities so that’s why they decided to just count a detonation as a win.
Just go with head canon.
