Have it mission based and have two teams 4 people on each side. One side pursuing objectives while the other side defends. No predator. Not only will them add a different dynamic to the game but it should lower predator queue times for the current mode.

No your thinking is wrong, this game is not about fireteam nor deathmatch, king of hill, capture the flag, nothing of that shit is what this game should represent.
This game is Asymmetrical game with elements of PVPE that is solely focused between humans vs aliens aka yatuja aka predator for those who don’t are unaware of franchise n shit.
Let me explain of what this game was advertised as,
Solely as asymmetrical game that is soul purpose basically Humanity Vs Yatuja with environment.
For people who want a game mode like that should go back playing CSGO, R6S and so on…

Well it sounds like you might get your wish eventually. Seems like that’s what the clash mode will be. I don’t think it should be added over a pred mode at the moment. That would just be a kick in the balls given how long we’ve waited. And thankfully it won’t be seeing as OldKingHamlet mentioned that predator will be in the mode.

I’d like to hear more. You haven’t given enough information for me to make any kinda judgement. I wouldn’t expect a lot of support from the community though, they seem to think expanding modes to steal players from other games, should be replaced with people leaving to go play other games. Either they don’t want to consider FT a full part of the game or don’t want to appeal to players from other games that might like FT.
FT is half the game and we need 4 times as many FT players as Pred’s. Anything that attracts players who want to play FT is also good for Pred players.

Ok i will give you some insight what @Slasher_Clone means with those words…
If illfonic decides to add what @Graveyard3377 proposed, the fireteam or majority will play only that fireteam vs fireteam, leaving preds with probably only with half of fireteam, basically its generally simple math and logic, the more modes u put in a game the more clearer the playerbase gets in a way that most players migrate from one mode to another day by day, week by week, year by year, it all depends what content this game mode offers n shit…
I will give you all somewhat a good representation of a good game mode maybe even perfect or ideal game mode for what illfonic should plan to add next after the upcoming mode.
Game Reserve mode where 8 players drop with no mini map only with instructions to find a way out and survive, while meeting with other players, they have to group up and fight together, but those who don’t get killed in the end… basically this is in generally a good game mode that puts up players of all classes in one, testing their skills, talents, strategies etc.
Same goes for predators… its basically 8 v 3, both fireteam get to spawn in with limited ammo that they may come across more if they find predator camp, that is if they have time to look around the camp before predators are there, predators are basically there with their loadout also limited, testing their hunting capabilities without the Target isolation that makes it actually fully skill based, and they have to rely on their HUD/ Triangulation built in to find the source of sounds and locate the fireteam.
In others words, we basically need “mode, modes” that focus on only "fireteam , predator, environment (ai, that being basically anything such as xenomorphs, pigs, hounds, bandits, other aliens)

I think fireteam has had enough focus. I like the OWLF taskforce and Dutch returning and all but you guys seem to forget that this is a Predator game. I’m kinda sick of people wanting more military shooter and less killer alien hunts tough military men.

How will taking FT members away from normal hunt mode improve the pred queue time? You would be reducing the amount of available FT players for the preds to hunt which would increase the queue time dramatically.
