Then read it again? It doesnāt matter what it says though because illfonic said (before the fig released) it would be avaiy to all at a later date.
It was implied that only people who bought the toy would be able to be the alpha in game. That is (was supposed to be) the exclusivity.

The only thing you can concretely say is that there was a lot of word twisting to produce a sense of urgency that Alpha Predator was exclusive to the Box, but in actuality, was merely āearly accessā.
There is literally no difference between code and character code lol.

Just to be clear, 87 jungle hunter was advertised as a preorder exclusive, meaning if they released it to the public, they could be sued for false advertisement and Libel. I will be the first to make a suit. Please try me Illfonic I have the best lawyer in Pennsylvania on my side.
I donāt typically play pred, so I really couldnāt care less, but why are others antagonisitic towards it being released as a skin to compliment the hunter class? The Jungle Hunter mask is unlockable through crates, so I donāt see the problem.
** I didnāt have a PC at the time so I missed the window of opportunity to get it; not saying I should or others should be given the skin for free, but those who missed out, and are willing to spend the extra money should be able to-- especially if the game does indeed draw more interest with it.
I stand by what I said, I preordered the game with the intention of being an (exclusive) owner of Jungle hunter 87. (As advertised). Any attempt to make this skin no longer exclusive to preorder costumers, is not only a breach of the purchase agreement requiring immediate reimbursement of purchase, but also false advertisement, and Libel, both are grounds for law suit, and canāt be taken lightly.

The mask was introduced after a month or so from release in an attempt to appease the people who missed out.
The mask in itself is only part of the skin there for not a direct breach of contract. Although it is dangerously close, regardless of how insanely lucky you need to be to get it threw drops. If a lawyer really pushed the subject Iām sure a lawsuit could be won over this, but Iām letting it slide on account of not wanting to be male version of (Karen).
People play this game. A lot.
One individual not playing for 3-4 weeks doesnāt make the game dead.
Iāve news for you though, the jungle hunter aināt all that, he is a skin for the hunter and it doesnāt look remarkably different like the alpha does so it wonāt add any spice to your gameplay.
If you really feel the game is dead then move on because thereās nothing else for it to offer you. This is it, maybe we get a few more maps but not some fortnite level content. Its a small budget assymetric multiplayer. This is probably as good as its going to get š¤·āāļø
They can just release a new '87 JH skin under the name āJungle Hunter ('87) X the definitive editionā with corrected details e.g. a proper-accurate size of wrist blades, accurate shoulder canon proportions, all mask gas hoses, etc. to avoid legal issues. Free for all who pre-ordered the game and as a paid DLC for those who did not.

Full information was not shared from the get-go but it was never stated that the skin is exclusive to limited run of NECA figurine only. It was just an exclusive code.
Not really. People still could keep their exclusive skin and have another version (better one) for free. At this moment those who pre-ordered the game have an inaccurate skin and there are no indications this is going to change.
And you donāt see how thatās kinda spitting on the fans who did preorder?
