Improving the Preorder and reselling it, is the flaw in your supposed solution. You want away around the preorder, this is the best you could come up with but the thing is JH can be made more accurate without needing a way to rip off preorder owners.

I gave up more inaccurate Predator stuff in my life e.g. some figurines, games. It is all about standards and realistic expectations. They could make JH skin better byt they did not. And if they retouch it again it will become available for everyone. I can imagine those anger and jealousy feelings in you when this happens.

IllFonic could legally release a new version and make money on it, pre-order customers could keep the current JH version exclusively and get the new one for free, and those who wanted the current JH version and guys like me could be happy with the new version.

I know this will get me in deep shit but, I just want to say that if they would just wait like a year after the game is out and re-release it as a game of the year edition they could easily add all the skins in as a package deal. This would alleviate alot of people complaining about exclusive content because those who pre-ordered it would have it exclusively for that first year and those who didnât get the chance or were not will to take the chance if it was going to be successful or not could, be it a year later but they would know it was in the cards down the road. This would end all the needs for fighting about things like this.
