You’d probably need a license for it too.
Plus the possibility of gun duels having a misfire and hitting a bystander. There probably would be designated areas for duels.

I think violance has the potential of perpetuating violence even if it’s controlled like suggested here. I wouldn’t risk it
I thin once someone kills a person it has a real potential of changing their behavior. PTSD, anxiety, fear, guilt, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc. You dont want those people roaming around. It’s adds to societies problems as we try to treat people with those conditions and not to introduce them
We can talk Theory all day but we used to have duels.
So we just need to figure out how that worked out
That’s how to approach things scientifically. Talk theory, potential benefits and drawbacks. Experiment with animals. Make models. Scrap the idea.
