I really want another dev to perfect upon this or hell even rewrite the entire game, because let’s be honest, the coder(s) were god awful and need I say, air hitboxes?

Definitely a rewrite. Theres a lot of information here on what works and what doesn’t. I’m sure whoever takes over will do their homework

I guess it depends how close they are to finishing the new game. Hopefully they learned their lesson about releasing a sub par finished product. Until then, i think they’ll give us a few more morsels
I don’t think that Predator IP is that popular. I don’t think we’ll get a Pred game anytime soon. Unless Disney is to interfere.

There was a lot if hype upon this games release. Sales were great. But not even 2 months in it all started to fall apart. If a developer with a proven track record took over, there’s a lot of potential for success. But, looking at this game, lack of gameplay variety was a real damper. Giving the game more depth might be challenging and maybe many devs will pass it over

What they should’ve done was delayed the game for a year during covid and released it this year with everything we have now
Hunting grounds reeked of minimal effort from head to tail .
Why didn’t they fix the game that people had just bought and continued to purchase skins for? Because they aren’t capable of sustaining, they can only get sales and find the next host

No. People in here overreact all the time. Best just ignore this idle fearmongering, people thought the same thing when the IP Lawsuit was revealed and I had to tell them then too that nothing would happen to the game and low & behold nothing did and I was right.
Studios work on multiple products at the same time all the time, in fact this new project would be the reason DLC/Updates for Hunting Grounds have went from Monthly to every Two Months.
Also Sony is literally not going to can one of its exclusives for another. They’ll take both and have them both make money. After all, HG is funded & overseen by them.
I said it when it was announced about the pax , they will announce another game and ride off
