I pre ordered the game however after redeeming the code i was only given the '87 Jungle Predator skin and the mini gun.
Where are the 11 Predator Avatars and the Dynamic theme? I checked under my profile to change my Avatar and nothing the same when i go to change my theme.
Whatever happened to getting something promised to you after paying for it.
It’s more about the principal then the avatars do the right thing.
Did u check the premium avatar section?
Do you have the PS4 version? Go to the game’s page by pressing down before starting the game and go to the DLC section. They might be there. If you can’t find them call the Playstation support number. Also are you sure the avatars and theme came with the physical version too?
Glad its not just you with this problem. Have to say the information and tutorial on this game really do suck. I miss the good ole days where games came with manuals… good old toilet reading material :)

Yes i have the PS4 version i will try that when i get home from work. I don’t know when i pre ordered the game Gamestop told me i should be getting the '87 skin, the Mini Gun, 11 Avatars, and a Dynamic Theme. But all i see is the skin and the Mini Gun.
Does the paper that has the code mention the avatars and theme? They might not be included with the physical version if they are not mentioned.
No i pre ordered the game online and had to call Gamestop after cuz i wasn’t given a code.
Gamestop verbally gave me the code over the phone and i just wrote it down on a piece of paper. They never mentioned if the avatars would be included.
yeah i did notice in the tutorial doesnt show how to scan the enemies aside from heat vision. ive barely used the predator so maybe im just nooby but the tutorial to me needs some tweaking on what things do or how to do them. plus considering i use an xbox one controller and the presets are wrong. their isnt a change too xbox one for the buttons it gives me ps4 controller prompts so certain situations in a fight or too claim its telling me the wrong button on screen with pred lol
So i pressed down on the games page before starting the game and there is nothing that says DLC content or Add Ons for me to get the avatars or the dynamic theme.
I actually was on live chat with Playstation (cuz there are low staff due to the corona virus and not taking calls) and they told me to contact the publishers of the game i.e illfonic. So here i am on this open forum cuz they have no customer support line with no answers still.
They lack in replying. Only thing they say is we are watching your comments and that’s it like can we get something better then that like maybe a game that will work???
Couldn’t see if anyone asked already, but did you buy the Deluxe Edition of the game? Those things aren’t Pre-Order items. They are part of the Deluxe Edition which can still be bought with all the extra in it.
No i just have the standard edition maybe that’s why.
Now that i have the standard edition can i upgrade to the deluxe edition?
Sadly I haven’t heard of any Upgrade function. As far as I know people have had to buy a whole new copy of the Deluxe to get it.
Damn that sucks. Oh well at least i know i wasn’t ripped off i thought the avatars and theme came with the pre order for the standard edition. Thanks for clarifying.

A lot of PC players who pre-ordered long before the PC Deluxe Edition was announced so they couldn’t even get a refund on the standard edition they pre-ordered.
I pre-ordered the standard edition on PS Store and it came with the avatars and theme.

If you still did and got the extra from Deluxe edition Idunno what to say. Just seems unlikely since nothing of that sort was adverticed anywhere.
