Smells like the death of KKFOS and PHG. GSU has already been gasping for air, so we’ll just let that expire. The Pred DLCs will still come out, their contractually obliged to release them, but I wouldn’t expect too much more. They were already a small company, now even more so.

They’ll release the DLC they already made, which won’t bring in enough to make more dlc, meaning not enough to maintain servers. Game Over Man
Illfonic failed to focus on projects and are reaping what they sew, if they make game mill games you will be treated the way game mill games are meant to be treated
They did not learn from their mistakes
If that happens to be their final comment before shutting things down, they simply did not have what it takes to understand their own product, they are clearly fans but fall flat when it comes to basic troubleshooting and mechanical outlook, not to mention checking almost every box on how not to effectively run a multiplayer game without even taking account their public responsiveness, I’ve never seen a better way to make your own customers hate a product that was linked to a heavy hitting franchise amongst niches so consistently

Well, perhaps this means that they will be able to focus on more profitable arms of the business
As far as IPs go, Predator is still a pretty hot commodity following the success of Prey, and ‘The Predator’ was bizarrely a bit of a streaming success
If there is marketing hype surrounding the new films, and some way of reintroducing the Fireteam to bring a little movie magic into the game, I’m.sure they will be able to string this out for a while
It is no surprise that all the Alien Games have had a bit of a bump since Romulus hit the screens. Dark Descent now free.on Gamepass and PSN.

they never were really prepared to take on custoomers but they did make these nifty anonymous forums and let us go at it now without administartion censorship!
Illfonic is not the first to experience this kind of thing. It doesn’t mean anything. They must keep a cool head and our role is to support them.
With what? Most of us have already got all the DLC ffs. The xbox launch clearly didn’t bring enough money in. Less staff means less bug fixes and DLC, Less DLC mean less money coming in to pay for servers.
Our ability to support them died years ago. They have bad practices and make bad business decisions, that’s 100% on them.

It’s going to be fine; next year PHG will launch on Sega Saturn.
But we still got a product and they still made new ones. that’s 100% on us.
I only wish for an SDK so we can keep the game alive and fix it.
