If you get your bio mask shot off as predator and throw your smart disc afterwards and then immediately retrieve it, your bio mask will come back and you can still use thermal vision, you can see your mask as the predator but from the fire team perspective it still shows the predator with no mask. Me and my friend did a lot of testing you can do this multiple times in a row I have video proof of this.
