Insanely High Damage Izzy Build

Hello. Today I’d like to document and bring forth a little build I’ve been experimenting with over the past 4 days on the game for Isabelle. It’s brought me much success and I have won a good 80-85% of the games I’ve played with it, often solo’ing the entire match in fact. Hopefully after illuminating it some might start to see her more favourably and understand she is a much, much stronger class than first appearances would have you believe and she can end up as an even better damage dealer than even an Assault Deadly or Scout Duelist. Let’s get down to business and break down the details here.

Health - 130HP.
Sprint Speed - 7.2 Metres per Second.
Stamina - 1350
Stamina Regen - 400 per Second.
7 Gear Points
10 Perk Points
40% Longer Mud Cover & 25% faster Mud Up
15% Increased Damage against targets 50 Metres or more away.
Melee Damage - Light Attack of 141, Heavy of 216.

Izzy is a pure glass cannon. At 130HP she’s on the lower end of Fireteam health alongside Scout, Recon & OWLF. Though she lacks Scout’s Sprint Damage Resist & OWLF’s Pred Damage Resist. Though she does share a Mud Perk with Recon, which can make her viable for Stealth Ops, roughly the same as OWLF but not as much as Recon who remains the peak of Stealth. So it is better to focus on Izzy’s greatest strength. Damage.

For this build you’re going to want to go with the Scavenger Specialization. Now you might be wondering why when Sniper is there to give a 15% damage buff against Spotted Targets but Izzy isn’t going to be using the Tracker Perk in this build for better Spots and Scavenger increases damage of weapons found in weapon crates by 15% also, and it’s permanent to any weapon picked up from Crates and not just with Spotting. And due to a quirk in the game’s coding the 15% increased damage applies to Weapons you start with by swapping them in & out of with Crates. So you can upgrade your loadout guns to deal an additional 15% extra damage throughout the match, so long as you find a Weapon’s Crate (None exist on Airstrip so Sniper would actually be a better choice for the map, but the healing from ammo pick ups is still incredibly useful for Izzy’s low HP)

Adding on from this you’ll want to equip the following Perks. Yautja’s Bane for an extra 10% damage to the Predator. Heavy Hitter for 15% more Melee damage. Fast Hands for faster weapon & gear switching, important for quickly swapping back & forth between Melee.

All of these Perks & the Spec culminate in Izzy’s gun damage being boosted to 25% under 50m & 40% post 50m. (Note, a Leader on the Fireteam can further boost Izzy’s damage by an additional 10% provided they hurt the Pred first) Her Melee damage is boosted to 25%, and this is all super good for her as damage is her greatest tool and you’re about to see some insane damage with the following weapons given to her in this build, and of course her Melee which is her ace card.

For Izzy’s Primary you want to equip the SAWZ-50 Sniper Rifle. For her Secondary you’ll want the DJL-33 Shotgun. I of course recommend the 6X Scope & Extended Magazine for the SAWZ & Holo Sight & Extended Mag for DJL. The SAWZ deals 253 damage at point blank & 228 at 50 metres. The DJL deals 245 at point blank. With Izzy’s 15% 50 metre boost, Weapon Crate 15% boost & Yautja’s Bane’s 10% boost, the SAWZ will deal 316 at point blank & 354 post 50 metres. The DJL on the other hand will practically never benefit from the 50 metre 15% boost, and is best reserved for point blank encounters where it’s damage will be boosted by 25% to deal 306 per shot.

Combine this with the 25% melee damage boost this buff gives Izzy and her melee attacks go from 141 per Light & 216 per Heavy to 176 & 270. A Light + Heavy combo will now deal 446 which when combined with a point blank shot of the DJL will result in a damage string of 752, This DOES vary based on whether or not you are fighting a Berserker or Samurai. A Zerk will take 10% MORE melee damage whilst a Sam takes 15% LESS melee damage meaning a Zerk will end up with greater damage whilst a Samurai will end up with less.

However Predators have no way to negate Shotgun damage, and in fact the Scout actually takes MORE Shotgun damage. The lowest HP amount for a Predator is the Scout at 1000HP whilst the Zerk & Viking sit at the current max of 1500HP. Meaning this combo string will deal just over 70% of a Scout’s total HP and nearly 50% of a Zerk/Viking.

In terms of what I’d recommend for this Izzy build to compliment her in a professional Fireteam? A Dutch 87 with Leader for an extra 10% damage boost, a Support Overseer for the 20% damage reduction & 10HP healed on every mission objective, and an OWLF Comms with PDLs just in case someone or even Izzy dies so the Reinforce timer goes down quicker to get them back in the fight faster & the PDLs to help spot the Pred and keep forcing them out of vantage points and making them easily spotted for extra hits. That to me sounds like a good supportive team composition for this build that can help cover some of Izzy’s weaknesses and compliment her strengths. But really you can safely run this in pretty much 90% of quick play matches and end up solo’ing the entrie thing if you’re halfway decent.

Here’s the build itself for visual reference. Enjoy, please discuss your thoughts on all of this data below and maybe even what you yourself find by playing with said build.

Ahh shit here we go again

But why? She’s kinda crap for what she is, and you’re asking for a very situational team, like whenever I use scavenger I hardly ever find weapon crates but when I’m not using scavenger, I’ll find like 3 or 4 in the same match.

He’s pulling the same shit again like he did with blabbing the duelist build, then we’ll have to deal with this class nonstop for a month or two

The Duelist build was actually pretty good though, this on the other hand seems like every generic set up for Pred hunting.

8/10 matches won on average over 4 days on average with it. Some of the highest damage in the shortest time. Absolutely solo’d a bunch of Preds with it. You don’t even NEED the rest of the team if you’re actually good, you can run off and just solo the average Pred with this build. that team recommendation is just entriely for premades in high tier play. Low to Mid, this shit dominates, and it’s complete nonsense how much damage you can rack up with her in a short burst. Close to 700 damage just from Heavy Knife into Light Knife into Shotgun pump.

Yeah I’ll just stick the Duelist, it doesn’t require some stupid ass combo to deal that much damage.

Good, then maybe Illfonic might finally catch wind of the fact Scavanger is bugged and applies the 15% damage buff to weapons you swap in & out of crates, and the fact you can still do the Rapid Fire melee glitch where you throw out 3 lights in 1 second by mashing fire after a melee.

Whatever works for you dude. This build for me has been dominating for 4 days straight. Only thing it can’t really fight is an Elder Stalker, but then again what fucking can in Quick Play.

What the hell?
You should never ever use a shotgun. Second SMG or one of the pistols, I recommend the second pistol because it’s one of the best/best weapon in game. If you say you carry the shotgun for ai, you can just one shot the ai with the pistol too.
And why would you use these perks, you have no health at all, there is so much that can one hit you. Or just some plasma bolts to the ground and you are erased.
Sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend that build. Swap heavy hitter for OWLF + use second sniper and you will get much better results

Buffing Izzy’s health with her limited gear & perks is why people think she’s bad because they try to compensate for her one weakness instead of doubling down and buffing her biggest strength. Damage. It doesn’t matter if she has 130HP because in the hands of a good player she ain’t going to die. You see the same shit with Recon, Scout & OWLF who are all at 125 & 135 too. buff her damage, it’s her big thing, it’s what makes her good, it’s what let’s her win matches entirely on her own. You can solo with this shotgun & knife because a single blast of it on this build will deal 306 damage which can be followed up by a Heavy+Light knife attack for a further 446 damage totalling in 752 damage in just over a second, and potentially a parry two which can stunlock the Pred for further damage.

You’re not going to hit all your shots in the chamber of a glock or the submachine gun, their recoil is too much and shots will be missed: especially on a moving target. The shotgun however has near perfect accuracy and much more sustainable damage, especially in close range when paired with this set up.

If you are worried about health, Scavenger spec already has that covered.
Scav Isabelle can give you plenty of health, as you get from killing Stargazer after they drop those ammo packs, more health if you find medkits, and ammo crates that give you more syringe heals in addition of the heal you get of getting ammo. If you have a Dutch 2025/Support with an Overseer Spec, Isabelle will just be a Fireteam with a healing factor.

Plus, with all that shotgun damage that he posted with the additional benefit of mowing down Stargazer at the same time with one shotgun blast compared of doing 1 by 1 with the pistol, it makes it a great sleeper hit just as well.

And if you are worried of getting hit, just dodge via stepping sideways ya silly goose lol.

Scavenger is very situational. You could easily end up finding no weapon crates. And no shotgun, take 1011 pistol or MP7, remove heavy hitter and take OWLF training instead.

Even with OWLF perk, you can still get one shotted.
Izzy is fun for messing around but against good Preds, noone will use her.

Illfonic fucked up with her and they won’t balance her, their solution was “can be downed one extra time” which is plain useless, but easier than actually giving her more hp or more perk points.

Dante is a beast compared to her.

In the hands of a good player, you wont miss

Jokes aside. Yes with scavenger you can get hp back easily. But if she doesn’t have much base health, you wont survive one encounter against a good pred. It is so easy to do so little damage as pred. You don’t even need the disc to one hit. Some half-charged plasma shots will do the job.
And she has to few perk points. Take recon, same playstyle but 5 more perk points (for example for a good perk like thick skin)
And the reasoning “in the hands of a good player she wont die” is stupid anyways. One lucky bow shot and you are downed

Guys I want to play Isabelle. Can y’all play these classes by the way?

Izzy is way more balanced than Dante. Izzy has some broken tech, specifically in the melee department. But I struggle to call her broken when she has the good balancing on low HP & gear. It’s not like Dante who can just do it at all with no risk. She actually has stuff to counterbalance the fact she can do this bullshit. She can deal 700+ damage in under a second, but can also be one tapped. That’s good, I’d rather classes be balaned with one great strength & one great weaknesses rather than classes like Dante, OWLF & Dutch 87 who are just overall way too strong all around. This is closer to standards classes should be held to, but the fact it took people out of their comfort zones and makes them learn new stuff has people calling her useless when it’s very clearly not true because here’s 4+ days of research and a bunch of confirmed stats & numbers to show the strengths & weaknesses in full.

That was a recommendation purely for high level premades. Been playing this class solo in quick play for 4 days and had to carry 90% of the teams I played with, but what else is new there. It’s randoms.

Huh, was gonna make my Izzy bulid but it was literally this but just different weapons and swapped Fast Hands for Multi Tasker.

You won’t survive long enough in melee fight with her anyway, especially without OWLF training.

What stuff?

No she can’t, 'cause that would be broken af.

The fact that she’s weaker than Recon, which is a standard class, it’s laughable.
At this point you’re paying for voicelines and skin, but getting weaker version of Recon

Literally 4 days of testing, double checking with @KameofWar and @SkooLBoY_SkePtiK resources guide. Dominated in close quarters, the parry is broken AF as usual and her melee damage is the highest in the game alongside Support. Very easy to win melee encounters, VERY easy. And those numbers are hard confirms. A full magazine of the glock, 30 bullets, deals just over 800 damage by default without buffs, so if you think Izzy dealing 700+ damage is unfeasible you are dead wrong and unaware as to what the actual numbers are for weapons here. It’s 700+ damage, hard confirm, the math has been done & double checked.
