Insanely High Damage Izzy Build

@Lol here you go since you wanted to see some of the build in action and get some damage numbers. Average match as you can see is at least 2K. But others can get to 4K, and one match I didn’t capture reached as high as 6.1K damage. Went in ascending order of what I thought the best clips were out of what I salvaged, ending in the smoothest kill. Even let one of my buddies, Silver, join in for a few matches and he’s in that first clip securing that kill with his own copy of the build.

Very nice. Thank you for posting that.

In your opinion do you think you could’ve replicated the same amount of damage on those predators with a scout? More actually with a scout dueslist?

I think so

I’d probably have missed a few more shots with the Glock and I can’t rapid fire the gun fast enough in my own opinion. This is why I gravitate towards Izzy’s all around high damage with melee, clsoe range & longe range. I know i can secure & bag kills easy with her knife & shotgun combo, and blow masks off from a distance with a sniper. Just a more secure way of bagging the kills for me.

Plus if I was running the Sniper spec variant, I’d have boosted Melee from 25% to 40% in that last clip on Airstrip and would’a killed in half the time. And that was already a rather impressive speed what with roughly 6 melee strikes to 2nd wind.

Well then you proved me wrong. Good job on those kills.

Just PS5 share play. I can cut up the 60 FPS video frame by frame down to 1 second as the smallest clip. It’s very clearly closer to 2 seconds than 1, and I counted about 105 frames on my shortest test.

I’ll do a test against zerker as well, for a slightly larger health pool.

@JelouGaming
Well, our testing has not been in vain. We’ve discovered a shadow minigun buff. It’s now fires 60 rounds/second!!!

That’s some crazy DPS, 720! That’s slightly better than the Grimtech19 with a macro.

Does that mean its time to stop calling it the memegun ?

Accuracy and mobility is still crap, but at least you could melt some preds that make bigger mistakes.

With the new numbers and damage mitigation taken into consideration, Assault with Bane could second wind the predator in 1.65 seconds minimum.

Just tried this build.

First match against a rather potato-y hunter, went well. Knife-o-rama, snipes, couple buckshots and he went down.

Second match, one-shotted by a combi throw. Bail.

On my third right now. It’s a fun build for sure, but with good Preds, it’s ouchville.

So that explains why I nearly got cheesed. Shadow buffs man.

Also hi @SkooLBoY_SkePtiK, sorry for being somewhat potato-y. I’m trying the new build. It’s….its good. But like you said, you can be one-shot easily. If Isa just had more health, I think it would be a damn good build and I’d run it constantly. But I can see myself getting frustrated quickly with it, so I probably won’t stick with it.

Against good Preds unless you’re a FT God (Which I certainly ain’t I suck at FT in my own opinion which is why I experiment with crazy bullshit) you need the team to co-ordinate, same as normal really just more pronounced here because you’re a glass cannon, but against everything else you’ll Solo really easy and it’s funny seeing how hard you hit the Pred and if they’re smart they run the fuck away but most TRY and take you cause you’re Izzy… but you can put them down before they do you if ya land your shots.

Glad you’re having fun with it. Been running that build all week to get my challenges done and grind out VT in prep for Cleo.

I’m not good enough to 1v1 Preds with this build yet, but I’ve had some good exchanges before getting downed. I need to raise my stick sensitivity to I can turn fast enough to knife fight Preds, but then than screws up my sniping…bugger. But it is challengingly fun to play, and I’ve never focused on parrying so it’s teaching me the knife mechanics. I think I’ll stick with it a bit longer.

Yeah this is the built that taught me to parry too. And I’m getting better at sniping with the SAWZ with it. But ultimately I still vastly prefer the NRV-E, I can aim and land shots with that gun WAY, WAY better than I ever can the SAWZ despite the SAWZ being Hitscan and NRV-E being projectile. NRV-E just feels way better to control and fire as a gun to me so I tend to land the vast majority of my shots with it. Whereas with the SAWZ I swear I’ll be aiming where I want but I guess the shots are so pinpoint they’ll fly past tiny gaps I didn’t anticipate.

The SAWZ is insanely specific on its pinpoint. Like I’ll be shooting AI and the dot is just barely on the edge of the target and it misses, you have to have it dead center on what you’re aiming at. There’s absolutely no room for error. I do like the NRV better because it seems to be more accurate, and it goes through branches and the fire rate is better. I might switch over to the NRV later and see if it makes any larger difference.

Just swapped over to it and landed 3 shots back to back on a moving target. Yeah gonna stick to the NRV-E.

Nice, I’ll do that later when I get off work and try it out. Btw, someone said recently that damage from the NRV stacks per shot, has anyone ever confirmed or denied this?

I get conflicting reports. Some claim it does stack. Others say it doesn’t. Never got a straight answer either way.
