Instant death as predator glitch

I have no clue why. My opponents crashed out soon after this.

It could have been a PCDS who had coordinated sniper shots all the way from a roof on Derailed.

This is suspect as fuck. You hear 3 rapid shots, your health doesn’t decrease either and your eliminated before even having the option to self destruct… I smell foul play.

I don’t think it was foul play. Illfonic just needs to update how damage is reported to the servers from each client, so information during a lag spike is ignored. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it had something to do with the “fix” for the indestructible branches.

We’ll just have to wait and see if similar occurrences happen to other players.

You still didn’t go into second wind, so no amount of lag could account for that.

If you look closely all the damage and states of the Predator flash all in a millisecond you can actually see the second wind and the prompt to self destruct all in that split amount of time. It’s just sooo weird
