Because it stuns the predator costing you time and giving them a chance for teammates to show up. At least with a dodge you still have a chance of being hit if you time it wrong. Also again you didn’t read because i said stamina would have a bigger play than it currently does. Stamina means nothing to FT currently. Just so you are aware i play both evenly in private matches with good players. So i know both sides pretty well.

That’s the entire point yeah. It stuns the pred and gives the lone guy time for a rescue. What’s wrong with you not being able to just corner check some guy who’s prepared to parry?

On topic, Yep giving the fireteam even more mobility will definitely balance the game. Four people dodge rolling around when the predator doesn’t have hitscan weapons - definitely wouldn’t be more cancerous than parry.
Again you refuse to read everything i put before. You just like to argue huh? Also i came to that assumption because most ft mains say what you say. Maybe play predator more and get back to this forum. Then and maybe then you should put your input on parry. Oh and i don’t mean randoms. Get a party of good FT then fight them.
Instead of dealing with a silly Parry since everyone loves to go all aggro on a Predator, I just play the simple Game of Rock/Scissor/Paper/Net Gun. Because the Net Gun always comes out on top.
You’d be surprised how quick People who love to gang up, go all stabby and bunny hop all around you immediately change their tune. I’ve also started learning how to pace my shots, especially with Turn Speed and Distance: there’s a slight bit of Leading involved and there’s also a slight bit of… Net Drop?? You can still hit Fireteams from a distance but you have to adjust your Aim accordingly. Just be sure to pace your Shots so you don’t waste too much as the Net Gun has limited Ammo. I personally save Ammo for the Chopper Exfil.
It’s also quite satisfying to take out that last Straggler with a Net Shot followed by a Combi-Stick huck.
I play both. I don’t get chain parried because I don’t just keep mashing melee after I get parried. You have a simple problem with a really simple solution.
Lol and i said i dont get parried. If i do i counter it in my own way. You really don’t have any good input. I have played this since the trial and i have always thought a dodge mechanic would of always been better than this parry bull. As i said reduce stamina. Increase stamina costs. 2-3 rolls max. Apparently this is to hard for your brain to comprehend how this would help balance the game. Lol again you just prove that you don’t understand kid. You just want to keep the pull your knife out and kill predator huh? I do forget you are on pc though so what you fail to realize is how much harder it is to use range as predator on console. Oh and your next comment will be then get a pc and play it… yeah no thanks i play on both platforms and i like console more.

But they aren’t just standing there taking damage looking stupid they will be stabbing you. And let’s say you down then, great, in the time it took you to do that they will have stabbed you within an inch of your life. If you are trying some mix up you are going to be getting spam stabbed and then person can stab you to death in seconds. I’m not saying it’s unbeatable I’m saying it’s an issue for every predator If the FT member is halfway good.
And Im saying that is not the root of the problem the game is having. In a 1v1 you can dance around the guy mixing up attacks, if there is a team then do not dance around. Its like you keep changing the circumstances of our debat to favor whatever you say. Or you have a one dimensional way of playing pred. Out of all my pred games I have been killed twice, because I dont overextend or get greedy. I kill the FT or they escape, but I dont give up yautja tech to humans.
Berzerkers do just fine against a parry happy ft. Barbarian works great.
Ok whether it’s 1v1 or not dancing around someone that’s good will get you parried and stabbed over and over while you are trying to do “mix ups” But also. “I don’t give yautja tech to humans” gross dude. Simply gross. The cringe made me quake lol.
