I’d think most FH would seek other prey than a Predator if it’s available.

I agree the Pred should be the one releasing them, but don’t think eating an acid filled bag would be good for you.

You’re right about the acid part. Pred needs a food source in the cave/lab. I have a hard time of think of one. Board could be in the forest outside, but it may take too long to go back and forth.

That is true, boars could be found in the caves implanted already?

Pred could just kill the restrained boar and eat that.

You forget about the main problem, licenses … I doubt they have the alien or avp license if they would not have already taken something about it, even if it was a loading screen or a trophy for predator

For sure. Illfonic has been very liberal with their time it seems, so maybe down the road things will change. I wonder how it was done for injustice. Terminator, RoboCop, Xenomorph.

Not actually a problem. Two points, we do not know the full extent of their licence, if it is all canon properties than Xenomorphs aren’t a licensing issue, via AVP movies. Second point Fox (re-Disney) want them out and making money not sitting waiting.

Would you not buy a Grid skin if given the opportunity to personalize you’re Xeno’s?

They wouldn’t talk about it till it happens, that’s how they are.

this would work on a mmo/ realistic predator game… with real mechanics. In the end if you die with your character… you start all over again as a bad blood… if you wipe a hive on xenos then you become an elite and you keep going up the ladder… same goes for marines and xenos… move up the ranks to be a colonel or queen. All skill based with gear etc along the way… NPC. The game will not focus soloy on killing the oposition but will be about 65 percent of gameplay.

People, mainly die hard fans of predator think adding xenos would over shadow the predator.

But instead I think it would open up the door to the yautja hunting more things.

But, I don’t think it should be illfonic on the project.

Fair enough. Illfonic doesn’t exactly inspire confidence, though I really wish them well at further tinkering with PHG.

It could work, though I think Xenomorph and pred are stand out characters and would be a bit diluted in a mmo scenario.

Really, I’d love to see illfonic’s take on them.

I think they fit the model and would like to see them in a contemporary setting. This game can do that.

Playable Xeno’s are a bit harder, mostly because the bot version need to have TTK, of no more than a regular clip from an assault rifle.
But then again if we got Playable versions, I imagine they would be named ones like Grid and have a specific mode to play them in or they could encourage us in making your own game type and balance with friends in PM. The possibility are pretty endless as far as what could be done in PHG.
