Is the AK really the best assault rifle?

Best up close but the reload is shit, Personally I’d rather go Scar or hammerhead.

Hammerheads more accurate with same SHOWN bars, i say shown because theirs a lot of shit we don’t know lol I don’t believe the bars of how good it iz means shit

But ak winds a pred in 3’s and theirs 4 players on a team focus fire= dead pred 💀

Only within about 20 feet, I don’t know the actual number. It has the highest Dps.

Personally I like the Hammerhead better, nice to have a third option, grenades.

Preferences man. The right weapon in the wrong hands is useless. The wrong weapon in the right hands is better. You need to find what you are better with.

My favorite weapons are the hammerhead, the light weight sniper, the vector and the pump action shotgun. But people I play with all use different perks, weapons, etc and they swear for their load out. So, to each its own.

Well, I’m pretty bad with everything. Im old and my reaction time is for shart. I need a high DPS gun.

The meta is toss up, they are clear outliers sure but nothing is entirety overpowered yeah there are some that are common favorites sure, but there is also the factor off if your bad the Predator is going to wipe you, might get second wind but with an uncordinated fireteam you might survive but most of time no.

You play PC or console? If you play PS4 your weapons don’t matter, your reaction time will be slow regardless because the performance of the game is so bad. Hopefully next week update will address these issues… Hopefully

Maybe hammerhead can be good for you, as secondary you can bring what ever you want except first and second pistol. As primary don’t understimate the LMG of course.

I have many builds, but I do carry the lmg and hammerhead often, with a shotgun or revolver as a secondary. I still stink 😅

Hammerhead is better. Thing is 8 out of 10 preds try to kill you with melee. Then the best weapon becomes the AK since its so good in close quarters. Lately, because of this I’ve been running the AK. Now if you find a good predator that uses ranged and only uses melee as a finishing move, the hammerhead is better.
The AK also has shit reload times. Be ready to switch to your secondary if the predator commits in any way.

This is a quick no. You just run weapons training and you can’t miss. And you get 45 rounds in a mag and it only takes like 30 to wind the predator. You are overthinking this
