It depends on employees, but as long as the complaints are childish and lack of foundations they couldn’t care less. It’s either relevant or irrelevant. Everybody can make complaint, but will it pass or not pass, that is another story. It’s okay to not like something and dislike, but to hate and advocate for violence, that is another story and it does not make life difficult for employees, but to those who are attacking the company. In this scenario acting strictly is not abuse of power and it is justified action.
