Low graphic setting pc users will bow snipe you across the map. Ft snipers will kill pred ezā¦ you would need significant changes to the gameā¦ your talking rainbow six old school meets predator. It would be called predator simulator. The foliage, trees, textures would need a lot of work. The clicking would need a lot of work.
Ammo loadouts might be nice. Fmj to sabot rounds.
This is a game called movie mode and cant see this as asymmetrical
Ya I like this. Iād do things a bit diffrently but I wouldnāt mind this. Though this would be rly complicated to get the balance quit right. it would be a lot simpiler to just remove parries, remove the range FT weapon stat, nerf the FT dps around range builds, and then nerf the pred melee damage around the new FT dps.
I can litteraly win games in pub by spamming the left click of my mouse with wriste blade. Most of players right now struggle a lot for melee in pubs, specially when we are talking about elder sword. On the other hand , the range option that Predator should have agaisnt a good ft is inexistent. Bow need a buff, plasma pistol need a buff and caster as well. Also using these weapons is harder compare to braindead left click melee. The Predator gameplay should be harder than the ft, right now in pubs specially is the opposite. Predator is easy to play and ft (if you play in solo specially) is way much harder. You need to be really good to win most of your games in solo , specially with 3 ps4 together and Pc pred agaisnt.

I mean I understand but I donāt, when I play pubs i still melt the pred, parry his attacks, snipe them from across the map and have not to much trouble in pubs the only thing is ppl need to get around the learning curve and adapt to how to play if the whole team knows ā okay if we stick togather and shoot the damn thing when he comesā then ppl would be mass complaining buff pred/nerf fireteam and ive played as pred against some sweaty teams and even pub randos and I sometimes sweat god dammit lol every time I melee Iām parried and suddenly my whole health bar is depleted and when I do range that one random sniper hits my face lol maybe I get the harder damn players in pubs cuhz my win rate lmaoaoa but against a great team a pred would be bullied the entire match but the reason I think itās balanced to a point weāre itās not bad is because Iāve had my pre made wiped out by some elders playing super agressivly and realistically lol but after adapting and playing as my whole pre made we havenāt lost a game since we all met goddamit lmao so itās like āokay preds in pubs are simple what about one that knows what heās doingā so after thinking this we played preds against 3/4 of our pre made and we still pretty much one it was sortov tough but we one and this was just practicing with our team against our best pred and one time we played and my 8 year old brother got a parry on my guy @Idek and ended the whole game killing him lol so if an 8 year old can parry a melee rushing pred id hope 90% of these other men can or their gonna give a lot of in accurate shitty feedbacc lol saying āNERF PARYYā like goddamn thatās dumb against a good or slightly good team itās ineffective as fucc even when it slightly works the damage exchange is sooooooooooo unnecessary
And sorry man for going against your ideas but all I read was some shit about nerfing pred and thought it was dumb even with the new p2w shit they put out itās still on the fireteams side 100%

@Idunno56 Youāre probably playing against PS predators or PC noobs! Find a good predator on PC and he is going to destroy you unless you have a FULL pc squad and even then, you just have odds of winning(they need to be good as well).
Had a game with me on PC+another guy on PC (he was good) and 2 PS players. The predator was on PC(really good one) and spamming pistol, leap and hiding behind objects and kept repositioning. It was close to impossible to follow.
This guy, would destroy you unless you had a 4 man PC squad with mics of good players. PS randoms? After me and the other PC player died he was toying with them.
The pistol needs to remove invisibility and make you unable to turn it on for 3 seconds after you shoot. Its really broken when you find one that does the above and even if russian premades with low gfx can sure as all hell handle it, the rest of 99% of players canāt.
The plasma pistol should be like wolfs from da movie and do a fully charged plasma blast then takes 5 seconds to recharge

Okay, well Iāve played a lot of full pc pre mades (I only assume pre made cuhz they all have the same beginning in their names as if itās a clan lol)
But I base all this off my experience and to say the least this game wasnāt made completely for pc :)
But for the players who play on the main superior system lol the games straight up easy for fireteam and if they loose they can learn and succ it up if the whole squad learns and knows how to play the pred will be simple to kill ive seen teams go from 1 member left 2 mins into the game and ending up with a dead pred lol

You nede to add some space in between lines(the essay). What I replied to is your claim about playing randoms and owning predators. Most games it works well for me even if I end up with 3 PS players that donāt do much since most games the pred is also on PS!
Then some games when you get a good PC predatorā¦ Oh boy!
Good thing that does not happen often but when I doesā¦ Its even more obvious good PC predator needs a full PC squad to win. More so with that damn pistol. Arrows with the charge up time can be dodged, not so much the pistol when he dances around you with stealth, leaps and LOS brakers.

Also Iāve never had to much trouble with the plasma pistol I think itās the meta so imo eny pred who uses it to spam is Garbo š
Butttt as a pred main and a thinker of some sorts we need to make it like this
the trade off should be equal if a pred chooses to melee he should take a lot of damage but also do a lot of damage
currently itās nearly 5 hits(combo on elder sword) to down a fireteam member Even then their running away, they can parry ect so right now if a player knows the BASICS the damn BASICS the pred could potentially loose his whole second wind ect
Now at the moment Iād say that pred fuccin dumb for that move but this game is unbalanced if the pred canāt use some substantial stuff in his arsenal
I mean Iād love to jump down and kill 1-2 fireteam members with combi (NOT THROWING) but for me I get parried 24/7 not me being a bad pred itās a bad game mechanic melee shouldnāt be in the game if theirs no way to properly use it even when I sneak behind ect melee is never reliable
Same goes with ranged this game is more leaning towards fireteam in ways of balance
The best way to balance the game would be to ban James Cameron. He has single handedly skewed the win/loss ratio so much that the devs looking at the stats have no idea whatās really happening.

thats fuckedā¦ i would agree if it was a only as your First weapon slot. but as a secondary would ruin the point to all other weaponsā¦ and if you disagree let me plant an idea in your mind. what happens when all 4 of you have shot guns and when a predator rushes up to you using his melee weapons and no joke each person just needs to shoot once, and in the time frame that it would take befor the predator gets close enough to attack you can shoot 2-3 times so. just fuck no it woul ruin predator meleeā¦

No idea how many times the elder sword needs to hit you but I can tell you most of my health evaporates before I can turn around to parry. On the other hand this at least puts the predator in danger as he is really close. If youāre not at high HP when this happensā¦ Youāre really dead :)
Combiā¦ Yeahā¦ That thing is easy to parry BUT I do believe it makes up for it with the range aspect. Its like a railgun going trough multiple people (at least 2).
Right now the only thing I am inclined to think its a bit to powerful on the predator side is the pistol IF used right by a PC player, PS players are fine with it.

I wrote more buffs for pred compare to the nerfs , plus I mentioned a lot of good ft nerfs. The predator should never be op. There are Predator players that can wipe pc teams when ever they want. If they make the Predator too easy to play (keep buffing melee and not range) no one will plat ft any more and the queue for Pred will be like āwait 20 min to win a game by pressing one buttonā. I still demolish all the team I find (including the onces that got called cheaters for no reason) except for my team. One more buff on the melee and the game will become unplayable for ps4 ft players and the queue will become even longer. More range buffs and less for melee (brain dead unskilled).

Man I legit fought your pre made and couldnāt even hit once. But havenāt lost in pubs since launch :)

It is unbalanced and what you said is not an argument. For instance, PC players have a clear advantage over PS players (at least THIS should be obvious to you).

Yea I can agree with this one lol I didnāt exactly read all of it and their are those sweaty pred players but itās the point the game where itās at is close enough even for pubs itās just a learning curve for all players imo
