@Finessology And not to mention that they are not following PREDATOR’s only and movies… it would make sense they would be open to giving more than just predators… but generally sticking to fireteam vs predator vs environment…
I just have no clue why are you and other people who say “we don’t need a new AvP game” so triggered about it… its not like anyone would play as alien, its all enviorement and AI
Other than you laughably thinking Illfonic can code alien AI and physics when they can barely figure out human AI and keeping the game running at 30 FPS.
Why are you so triggered about a PREDATOR game not having aliens in it? Did you want predator dlc for ALIEN Isolation?

Well guess we agree about smth lmao… yes they are kind of not really experienced but they can probably manage and it would be hella fun in the future when its all polished… all i want is for you to think about it and for everyone else on that fact…
I am generally not really triggered more like heart broken cause the game feels limited with only fireteam, human ai, predator in it… or what it allows right now… maybe in future they add more but why stop there… if you get what i am saying
LW_01 'til LW07 ( see below screenshot) seem to be names for missions within the gamemode (lonewolf) itself. I’m guessing it’s a single player mode.

I wouldn’t exactly rule it out just yet. After all the symbol scar uses in the movie to mark his helmet with is the exact same symbol the elder Predator has. Not to mention they’re also supposedly adding the shuriken from the movie. I think illfonic knows that adding in Xenomorphs in one way or another will attract people to the game. So for now I’d say It’s in the realm of possibility.

Shuriken was in pred 2018. Fugitive used it to kill the guys in the van.
As for easter eggs and whatnot thats fine but a full on alien mode just makes it an AvP game
If you’re right and it is just a tutorial for the fire team I’d be a little but disappointed. But at least I’d have hope if there’s an AI Predator.
If they were to do it, it would either be just a one off for that map or possibly an event that happens every few months. I see no problem with that.

If the AI of Predator is the same as soldiers, it will be a walk in the park and not that enjoyable…however it will be good enough for a tutorial.
The game definitely needs a Fireteam tutorial with those lessons I mentioned above.
Also it should teach players to stay near the radio.

they already gave Dutch a Predator wrist computer…doubt theyll get a shoulder cannon lol
Any mode they add, I just want an option to have a 1 v 1 predator duel with another player. Not because it would be the best part of the game for me, not by a long shot, but it makes sense and the option should be available.
I’d rather have pairings honestly with 2v8 mode or something

I swear to God almighty Obi-Stu - if this shit ends up in our awesome little game I will uninstall it straight away! I refuse to believe Illfonic is planning to take more out of The Predator, considering what we have in OWLF recordings and Dutch Tapes, and that is a very decent plot revolving around the movie but IGNORING all the bullshit that almost killed the franchise. That fucking suit is one of them!
