We don’t know any of the numbers yet. For all we know, the anti-cloak grenade and self revive could end up being complete garbage.
The micro choices about which gear to take will balance a good chunk of it all by itself.
Not saying one or two might need to be refined, but panicking doesn’t help. We all got to wait and see.

your correct tho. Barely are you able to down a ft and claim, usually down and run 80% of the time. now they can self revive. and that new gun has a cord running to it. if it shoots plasma… just being honest tho. I don’t suck at predator got video to back it and every game is already at least two snipers on it as soon as you get close. I find myself playing less and less, slowly. guess it’s called Fireteam. hunting predators

TBH I’m really stoked for the FT to get new toys, it will make hunting them way more interesting I see it all as a means to be The Greatest Hunter I can be, bring all your toys and your tactics I SAY! It just means I’ll have to be that much better to beat you. 😎 also I hope one of the new masks is the one from Concrete Jungle(PS2) or Broken Tusk’s from AVP(comic) or maybe one of those cool makeshift masks that were in the prequel comic for this game, HELL give me the whole tribal outfit that would be dope!
It’s clear that the ones talking shit are predator mains. Don’t be mad at a good fireteam. Y’all have had 4 predators and weapons added as dlc not one fireteam dlc except with Dutch and his rifle at launch. It’s not that hard to down the entire team as predator when your playing smart lol. The game has been unbalanced for a while favoring predator. Now maybe this will rebalance things especially for those preds that like to cloak and run around in circles slashing and shooting trying to down the entire team upon game start.
I don’t know why you cry so much, it is clear that predator wins 85% of the games, except against very good teams, now with this update the bad ft will be a little better and the good will continue to be good, the difference is that now hunting will be fun and when you play ft and your blind team does not help you you will have even one chance
The auto revive syrette could be ok if it has heavy gear cost so you can’t carry any other medpacks etc. It would then be a tactical choice.
FT’s are getting self-revive, some kind of Drone, (I don’t see many people concerning about that) that anti cloak grenade… I must say, I’m not that good Predator. I get to kill the entire FT on a bit more than half my matches maybe… but this sounds very challenging even for the more experienced ones. Even if we get this map in the dark… it still sounds like it will be tough.

Hmmmm… I don’t know man. I almost never play as FT, but I got to meet these kids on line… we were playing FT last night. We killed the Pred 4 out of 5 times, missed to defuse the bomb on 2 of them, but… you see where I’m going? It wss me, one kid that was a very good player, 2 unexperienced ones (myself included) and a random… against a random Pred; and we got to -at least down- the Predator 80% of the matches
That’s pretty much what I figure or it’ll cost the same as the stim however you can only pick the stim or syrette not both otherwise supports would be the only class people chose going forward.

It should definitely be high gear points and not be carried with normal syrettes or med packs. If you think about it then it’s actually an interesting idea. The pred will be able to down an ft member far easier since they won’t have healing syrettes but they’ll need to claim fast or let them self revive and down them again for the kill.
If it can only be used with no other syrettes then it’s not going to break the game like some people are claiming.
