With how AI works in this game I do believe we’re just going to get an UAV that does a scan in the area (you’re not going to get the drone itself, just a scan in the areas). Now how it will work, no idea.

Ah, I have a hardcopy of Hunters but didn’t realise is was a prequel to the game or tied to the actual game?? I haven’t read it yet, so I’ll take a look👍🏼

Hunters came out a few years ago. Not tied to the game at all from what I remember.

Think they will improve cloak’s shimmer to be less noticed by FT, hopefully. So that Predator’s cloak has more advantage.
Self-Revive Syrette I’ve always wanted in-game. IMO, should be one-time use with no restocking, have gear value of 5 and normal Field Syrette should be dropped back down to value of 4.
New Assault Rifle should be powerful but not game breaking.
Thanks man, didn’t realize. I should have remembered there was a comic. The game was a gift though and I said the Jungle Hunter version, which I’m very happy with. I might upgrade it if the comics any good.
How was it? Like does it have reread value, or is it just cool art?
PS. Or I might pick it up hard copy, cause I’m old fashioned and like books.

Very good to hear. Sucks about the licence going to Marvel but that’s the way of things.
I really enjoyed it TBH and I was under the impression it was connected but I could be wrong, in any case the art is really good and the story I found to be interesting its a new take on the normal dynamic between humans and Predators I wont ruin the plot if you plan on reading it 👍

Honestly this isn’t really going to change much.
Self Revive: Just means pred players will have to either quick claim after downing [as many already do] or not try to bait with downed players.
Anti Cloak Grenade: Assuming it’s not just giving the FT water balloon’s and it’s actually like an EMP, it’ll probably have a similar cooldown to overloading your energy reserves [it’s what makes the most logical sense] bounce out for a bit, and wait for the reset.
UAV drone: not sure what’s up with that, could be interesting, maybe pred can shoot it down?
OWLF Rifle: another unknown, we have no idea what it does, it could be better than the hammerhead, or worse. we’ll have to see.
At the end of the day, it’ll just force preds to adjust their playstyle a bit.

That’s dope I’ll have to Hunt them all down because I enjoyed what they gave me in digital with the game in any case I would love if they added in the tribal gear the preds wore in that comic including the makeshift combisticks and war clubs(especially if they were not just skins) as well as the masks I really loved the look of it all and also gave you some insight on the Predator’s creativity and expression through the crafting of their own armor and weapons. 👍😁

I was only able to get issues 1 and 3 but they were fun reads.
Definitely get the Hardcopy, I haven’t read the story but the artwork is gorgeous and there’s something about the smell of a fresh book… You can find it on eBay and should get a brand new copy with delivery for between £9.99 and £13.99 (anything more don’t buy, you’re being scalped).
It’s part of a trilogy, Hunters vol.3 sees the return of Dutch’s brother. Sadly, due to Disney revoking the license from Dark Horse, this is the end of Hunters. Once they package vol.3 into TPB I’ll add it, as I already have vol 1 and vol 2.

If you’re UK based, REED Comics are a really good source. They have a store on eBay with a great Predator selection, and their prices are usually the best with careful packaging procedures to ensure it gets delivered in pristine condition 👍🏼
I wouldn’t say that Hunters Comic is a prequel, but it takes place around the same time as all this Hunting Grounds and after The Predator stuff. Stargazer is a big influence in those comics.
Also Predator Hunters III will be finished as one big collection, no lone 3rd or 4th issues by themselves, because of the Marvel thing.
UAV scanner…does it scan for UAVs, or is it a UAV that scans?
De-Cloak grenades - Do they overload energy? Or just overload the cloak and short it out (in my head cannon it’s already a water balloon and no one is changing my mind on this)
Self Revive - Once? Twice? Refillable with ammo? High gear cost?
At this point…like I’m growing fond of saying…speculation is about as useful as the war club, we’re just gonna have to wait till the 28th and adjust accordingly
