Dutch 87 and Dutch 2025 are both solid DLC’s. Dutch 87 is best in my personal opinion, other people may suggest differently but the game felt incomplete without him. Plus he gets hipfire damage buff (at least I hope he still does…).

That is actually the only way to be better at this game. It’s pretty unique and requires skill and understanding to get to know it

Depends on the DLC. For example, Dutch 87 and especially Dante are extremely strong classes bordering overpowered whereas Dutch 2025 is an okay class but is outmatched by others. Isabelle while strong under the right circumstances is for the most part the worst FT class in the game. Personally I would say get used to the default classes and their strengths first before buying anything.

Pred is difficult and takes a lot more work than playing FT. Against skilled teams it’s almost one sided however in random matches where most players are either new or unskilled the pred feels overpowered.

If you want my opinion then keep playing solo randoms for a bit then match up with some people/friends and go from there. Eventually play with some of the higher skilled players.

Also in case I have to say it, there’s a stigma against PC players for hacking, aimbotting, cheats, etc. don’t be fooled by anyone saying this as none of that exists in this game. Those people just tend to be the saltiest of the salty. There’s enough bullshit in this game that makes it seem like it but trust me when I say there isn’t.

Are you one of the guys that I played FT with last night? You and your friend was very nice then blocked me in a room and blew me up.
I’m trying to get good by asking for advice and tips. Are you telling me you just stumbled across the game and was great! I think not. If you don’t want to help then don’t engage in the chat.

Deadly, fanatic, and unleashed. Reckless is alright but the others are a bit better. Deadly gives you extra damage with assault rifles only, unleashed increases explosive damage, and fanatic gives you a good damage boost when your health falls down to a certain limit. For gear stay away from thermal and smoke grenades, they do not help at all and are more of a hindrance to you and your team because the pred can see right through smoke and thermal impairs your vision.

Also also also… Pro-Tip;

You can do solo Private matches to level up fast, earn lots of veritanium and learn the mission structures. You don’t have to worry about Predators ripping your skull out (although I’d suggest disabling the bots as they steal your kills and thus rob you of XP).
