Yeah my only problem with those kinds of idiots is that I love my trusty Bow too much so forget to Plasma and Disc more🤣
But my god it was satisfying when I took all 4 supports down in that room with one Disc tho🤣

Playing the tutorial literally teaches you only the predator controls, not what the game is actually like. I see potato predators all the time with their only trophy being have completed the tutorial. They think that the match will be a really easy win, but they always end up not finding the fireteam or me killing them and disarming the bomb (if they even know how to arm it, that is)
I found that out the hard way lol
Wait until your like level 70 until playing as predator
No bro, the tutorial is practically useless🤣
I’ll be bringing out a tips and tricks for Predator beginners soon but until then carry on watching good players videos like Samhain etc and take what you see, and apply it to your game. I have many Pred videos on my channel too bro. I know I’ve already linked you my tips video, so keep on taking those tips and practicing things like your aim, controller configuration, classes, builds and tactics and you should be improving constantly throughout the Hunt 👍
that sucks people won’t even talk as FT. That’s a lot of fun of the game in devising strategy etc. Most people today are too shitty to understand how to have a conversation. That’s why I play as Predator and I kill them. #GETSOME
What is a conversation
Turn up your sensitivity if you’re on console so that you can turn around faster
Predators like to jump behind you constantly
It also helps to pilot the smart disc with greater accuracy
doesn’t that muck with your aiming, though? I’ve tried doing that as FT but whenever I try to aim for hipfire I’m always over correcting.
It might take a second to get used to but it definitely pays off
You just have to remember higher sensitivity means smaller movements of the stick
You can always adjust in increments also so that it’s not as much of a shock to the system
Now that I think about it
A quick turn feature could be useful because the higher sensitivity isn’t for everyone
Don’t rely on the tutorial mission, ever! Do it once for the experience, that’s it.
Go into a Private Match (again, without Bots because they will locate and melt you real quick) as Predator, and spend time getting used to the buttons, mechanics and general layouts of the maps. You may find customising your keys better suits you, many Pred mains do.
Use the Private Matches to practice with the Smart Disc, sending it through buildings and weaving it through tight areas. You can also learn where the Fireteam medkits spawn, so when you do go into a hunt against real players you’ll be able to destroy them as and when you find them. You want to deprive the Fireteam of all their resources like medkits and ammo crates, and then whittle them down during engagements so that they run out of stims and medkits.
Get a feel for energy consumptions, and learn to intuitively time your Target Isolation because Predator spawns in 10 seconds before Fireteam. You’ll notice the timer will stay at 15.00 and the moment Fireteam rappel down the ropes the timer will start, so if you’re quick enough you’ll be able to catch their location. They tend to spawn at the opposite side of the map as you, and you’ll learn the spawn locations from playing Fireteam enough times.
Another tip is to learn ‘mission tells’, and exploit them. You’ll notice certain features, changes and patterns that can tip you off as to what mission the Fireteam have to do (this comes with alot of time spent in game, but something that can be really useful as Predator) so you’ll be able to anticipate their location and where they have to be.
Kills pigs as and when you come across them, it’s always a good idea to have some pork lying around ready to eat instead of having to hunt them and chase them down when you’re bleeding to death.
Predator takes a whole lot of patience and practice, but it’s a great feeling when you do eventually win.
Final, and most important tip of all, NEVER go into a small building chasing Fireteam players. Unless you’re sure you have a safe exit, don’t get lured into a meatgrinder and find that the cunning Fireteam have blocked the doorways and you’re now running around, panicing while they laugh and unload everything into you. 9 times out of 10 you’re not coming out of that building alive.
