Honestly in my opinion this predator looks like trash, I don’t know why people like this look, I guess I just don’t get it.
I like it because it lives up to its name being Feral, but I like it because it’s something new

because its something with predator on it though if you didn’t tell them they’d probably think it was a chinese knockoff.
no decorations, spaghetti dreads, no signature caster, whatevers going on with its face, it takes a captain america fan shield hunting vs people with sticks and muskets, its naked with leather bracelets and a loincloth. Nothing about it says hey I just hopped off my spaceship on vacation, this is more or less an orc with dreadlocks and a skull on its head.

Sure it’s new and it looks feral, but it doesn’t look like a predator, if it wasn’t for the mandibles poking out the sides you couldn’t tell that’s what it’s trying to be.

Fair but I have a theory on why, being the “Island Theory” where different kind of Predators are made and created with different DNA’s on a Island of Yautja Prime. A good example is being Scout from Predator 2 or maybe be a Super Predator & Yautja Hybrid similar to Scavage the descendent of Nightstorm the first ever Bad Blood with Scavage being his part of the bloodline to be Honorbound.

That’s a 2nd theory being the Hybrid one but I think really it’s the Island one, it makes the most sense. Plus look at Scout Predator, same could be said about him:
I mean you never see scout unmasked in Predator 2 so maybe this is just the toy designers having some fun, but I don’t know and I see what your point is.

I’m glad you at least see my point, also those scars on his back just add more question for the character.
I do like my idea for this Character Feral because according to what he looks like including his mandible structure, dreadlocks, and body structure, this Predator doesn’t match any subspecies of Yautja. So this makes sense to a extent because this is extended lore.

lol it doesn’t make any sense because the director didn’t think Predator itself was movie monster enough so he made up his own. The mandibles are at the top curves of the helmet, spider thing. Spiders = Scary
The spine thing is going to be the return of whoever it is at Fox that really wants predator to become a DNA harvesting franchise.

Idk if they’d repeat a horrible event twice, and to be fair all directors of Predator have taken their own shots and versions to what their idea of a Yautja looks like. Is it so bad that they want their own spin on what their creation looks like in the Predator Universe?
Something that sticks out but is easily recognizable to them and the fans knowing who made them? I don’t think that’s so bad. Even IllFonic out their own creative liberties on their Yautja’s.
