Ok, ok. I gotta address this. My name, back then, was “bigbadcatdad69”. Not “bigbadcat”. Because I’m a cat dad. My new name is this one, because I guess that’s what I’m known for now (is we could change our forum names that would be nice).

I need to rewatch pred 2, but i would put pred 2 and preds ahead of avp. Avp movies kinda lack charisma for me and preds there as anti-hero type characters kinda don’t work for me.

But i saw a video about a timeline linking all movies including the alien movies together. May not be canon but it was nicely tied together. Not to mention an Easter egg of an engineer head in AVP2.

  3. Predators (I thoroughly enjoy this movie I don’t care what anyone says it’s spirit is that of a pred film)

Although both AVP movies leave a lot to be desired. I’d out the first one ahead just cause of ‘originality’ and uneasy alliance between pred and human (some pred arc). Second movie has better action sets, but all else it sucks.

I’ll rewatch pred 2 in the coming days and see how it stacks up against preds as I’ve seen that a few weeks ago.
