Is it really that big of a request? And to all the people who wanna throw the argument of don’t be ani social and find some people to play with that’s not even a sound argument. If they would just put in an offline mode then the people who don’t wanna deal with the wait times or online part of the game would just use that and it would take a huge load off of the wait times for pred anyway so what’s the big deal? People have the right to play how they want. If you wanna deal with waiting in lobbies then by all means play online. But people who just wanna have fun and play the game by themselves deserve a way to do that too. I mean even f13 has an offline mode.

Dead by daylight does have an “offline” mode though. At least on mobile. And it should be coming to main game pretty soon

A while back OldKingHamlet I think it was did say that they know the mode has been requested so at the very least they are considering it.

Offline is stupid though especially with these magnificent AI. People put 2 hours into it, maybe achievement hunt, and never touch it again.
I can guarantee AvP2010 would give you a better predator campaign than any half-assed bots illfonic slaps together.
I don’t think it does have crossplay. But that’s because the game functions a bit differently on mobile.
I saw that but considering it for a game that I’ve given like 80 bucks or more to and don’t play that often doesn’t really help my frustration. I was on illfonics side until this recent update.

At least there is a glimmer of hope it will come. I think it’s pretty much a given. All just a matter of when.
Because if they work on improved AI for an offline mode then we’d get improved AI to online. And potentially AI that will fill in the gaps of people who disconnect.
I don’t get it either. Just hop in a private match, load up as pred and shoot at the AI there’s your campaign experience.
I’ve given my complaint and said what arguments I don’t agree with so I’m not gonna respond to offline is stupid or can’t be done. If that’s all you got your not worth the time.

I don’t think OP was asking for a full fledged campaign though. Just a simple bot mode. All they’d have to work on is AI and that’s beneficial to both offline and online. There is no downside to it.
Lmao I cannot in a million years imagine illfonic bots replacing players in this game when a player drops out. That’s painful just thinking of them getting stuck on terrain and either having laser aim or missing everything.
