i’m not the best player in the world by any means, but i haven’t had issues winning matches as predator or at least killing a majority before extraction. yeah i’ve lost to fireteams before that were working well together, but it doesn’t doesn’t seem to happen all that often. most of the people playing this game have average skill or lower. Basically all i’m saying it doesn’t bother me losing to better players, it’s the only way to learn and get better. that applies to either fireteam or predator players.

so far my favorite predator weapons are the net gun and the bow

PC predator vs PS4 players - bad example, try to do it vs. PC team and you’ll lose in 80-90 % cases. Now I’m 100lvl and I don’t saw Predator’s player who can easy wipe out full PC team, maybe 1/10.

i’m on PS4, i just turn crossplay off, the matches have been a lot better playing as either predator or fire team.

So far I’ve had more pc players leave compared to ps4. Having a certain platform doesn’t make you better.
It depends on the person, not the hardware.

No, you are wrong a lot, PC players have more better aiming then any player with controller and it is fact. In my experience with this game PS4 players r playing as pure noobs.

Yes, I’m a Pred main, rushing is retarded. Good fireteams use mud and stay together, covering each other with line of sight. Those matches are great because when I do get a kill, it is well earned. Now a noob fireteam acting like retards those matches last 4 minutes at most. Because they need to get better. Also if you do go for a quick melee after doing damage and you get parried, get out. If you try to fight it out all 3 of his buddies will just melt you, and now your out of stamina.

best player on PC using a mouse and keyboard will wipe the floor with best person using a controller. when it comes to games that rely on aiming anyway.

I really fucking hate pride. I say what I say going purely off shit that’s happened. I’m telling you, from the pretty long while I’ve been cross platforming in a few games, almost every time I see pc players get beat by ps4 players. Not all the time.

Does that mean inherently ps4 players are better? No. No one is better because of what they use. Theres scrubs noobs pros elites ect. On all sides.

I play games on PC and console, and I play all types of games, I’m equally at good on both. I do like controller a little better (it’s a nostalgia thing). What it really boils down to is how long you practice and develop the muscle memory to actually play well.

From my experience, the Parry A: shouldn’t be as easy to perform and B: would make sense if, say, the Recon Subclass was more proficient than the Scout Subclass.

From what I’ve gathered from playing the Predator a lot, the Gameplay is Rock/Paper/Scissor oriented. Having trouble with Players parrying you?? Zap ‘em from a distance or capture them with the Net Gun instead. If you’re getting shot at and taking too much Damage, that’s a sign you’re lingering around the Fireteam too much.

Parrying is a totally legit game mechanic, it’s not going anywhere. However no one should run faster than an Olympian in full combat gear just because they have a knife.

I don’t know where that theory came from. You can balance around asymmetrical games. Make the killer the OP one. Don’t make the 4 man equal. There you go. It’s balanced. The 4 man team will lose about 70%. But they aren’t the star of the game away. And every bodies happy. Problems arise when people start trying to make them equal. Then no one has fun at high end and it’s frustrating.

the best predator players i go up against move around alot and don’t stay in one spot for too long, makes the games alot of fun, cuz i’m all like where did he go, where’s he gonna come from next. actually feels like i’m having an experience like the soldiers had in the movies.

I agree. While I have a pretty beastly PC, I still prefer playing on Console. I can’t wrap my head around a Mouse and Keyboard. Even when I dabbled in Destiny 2 on PC, it felt pointless because I was using an Elite Controller to play.

The only PC Game I played in full is Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. It’s hella optimized and I love it to pieces.
