Pasma Splam on pred is OP

I just played a match with @REYNOSO_FUA11
And this pred kept spamming the pc uncharged blast and he got put into second wind In like 5 secs and then he came back and died in like 30 seconds.

Well, it’s a fine line between effective use of the plasma with planned perks and smart positioning. Charged shots aimed with purpose at both hitting and herding the FT.
And the alternative method of “hur-dur plasma go woosh”
