Honestly, every time I play this game I feel like complaining and whining to the wall. No offense.
I still play the game about 3-4 times a week, and there’s a high chance I’ll run into some sort of bug.

I see this game going the way it went because and bare with me if you can:
1 - The senate dude had a point with what he said, and he and others that know I am here not from yesterday, that maybe Illfonic has a habit to pounce on a new title try to see if it catches then move on even if they leave a mess behind. And I don’t understand why they do that.
2 - This is how I see things. The developers must have had things going on behind the scene to take the PHG game the way they did.
Now, I kind of heard how with Friday the 13th for example had difficulty not only with the technicality of the game (the session making and how hosting the game and connectivity would bring forward some of the worst of the bugs, desynchronization issues, that eventually lead to crashes etc.) and the rest of the problems they had licensing issues as well and heard plenty of stuff that I don’t remember but eventually it was a rough mix.
Now regarding point 2, I wouldn’t be amazed if somehow they bumped into trouble with Sony when it comes to these clusterfuck of issues also with PHG mentioned above about Friday the 13th, or when 20th century Fox was bought up by Disney right and legal stuff, who knows what things like disputes appeared? that we have no clue or idea about and we stay here and troll and all the sorrows and shit some experience about it all. The bottom line is that it’s easy to feel offended and be upset and you are in your right to be upset because most likely as a fan, as a gamer who wants his game looking and functioning good, you were expecting more from this PHG game (no major news here). Remember, as I say this, I say it by being in the same shit like you or most of you are here. Being dupped or left down or whatever this might truly be.
Heck the only time I pre-ordered something in my life was this game and…surprise 😂, I didn’t imagine my first and probably only pre-order would be like this you know? And maybe others who were in the same situation, or your situation? (…that would end up in a partial success or in a somewhat disappointment in some aspects).
Now despite the bad shit happening and turning out as being so, why would I be callous about throwing hate at the Devs? How would that benefit me or how low or inhumane would that be? For me, for them? And no, before some snub troll says crap like “but why would you not be or not hate because it’s deserved!” or crap like me being the devil’s advocate here, I just think the best principle to walk on and to to say here is “ok fool me once, shame on you! There will not be the second.” And that’s that.
What I can do is be optimistic, wish them well and good luck and maybe some day we will have a good Predator+ Alien + whatever good game to redeem the franchise. Until that day comes, we live and we’ll see. And as a closing thing, we really don’t know and we are not on the inside to know it all.
