[PC] Party Invites, Private Matches, and Keybindings
I had to wait 45 minutes for one. I think at 15 min. It will create a lobby and throw you in. I thought to myself āoh well, people will join.ā Another 15 mins flys by while Iām on YouTube, and NO ONE joined. I left the lobby and waited another 15 minutes in queue. I can go fuck myself right? Is that what youāre telling us by not saying anything ILLFONICS??
Make predator stonger or make the Fireteam weaker
Will there be any way to invite people from separate platforms? i.e. cross platform partys. Iām on PC and I would love to play with my friend thatās on PlayStation but as it stands thatās not a possibility. Please make this happen. Thank you

Cool, but still no ability to rebind the movement hotkeys as well as no ability to bind Predator weapons to separate keys. Using weapon circle in the middle of a fight when you need to switch your gear fast depending on the situation is frustrating experience and basically stops me from playing Predator atm.

Yeah, they did say we can do that at launch, but itās not working right now, hopefully they will fix soon

This is the number ONE problem i have with this game, not beeing able to change movement and weapons is beyond meā¦the most BASIC PC controls all games haveā¦and they fucked it upā¦the weapon wheel in a fight is useless with a mouse, it never lands on the thing you want if you try to do it fast.

True, talking about Predator being underpowered is useless until we get to control him properly and use him to a full potential :) Currently I see more balance related topics here rather than talking about lack of basic controls, itās beyond my understanding.

I usually bind weapons and gadgets/gear to my mouse, i have a Logitech G502 Lightspeed with plenty of buttons to have bindings i use often in games, really helps max out the gameās full potential.
In this game, i cant do that. Im forced to crouch with C, i use A normally as i play with ESDF, not WASD. C forces me to let go of movement key, its garbage,hence why i use A, and i hate toggle.
This game makes me fight the mechanics, thats never a good sign and frankly, its unplayable when you ned to make snap decisions while in a fight. Cant count how many times i have pulled up my weaponwheel and try to select combistick in a hurry, only to pull out the net gun twice in a rowā¦its clunky man, painful.

Thanks for the videos but you must know that this isnāt working for crossplay matchmaking?
You can rebind controls on PC, you just need to go to keyboard mapping then cycle through the options until you see custom controls.
Yeah, and under this custom controls you will find out that you have to stick with default WASD and have to use weapon circle designed for console players. Thatās probably the first FPS game since DOOM2 (wich was released back in 1994) where you cant edit basic controls. But seems logical since 1987 year technologies not only inspired developers, but also been used to develop this game:). And, man, thank god it is WASD, not key arrows.

Yeah unfortunately you canāt map certain weapons to certain keys but I think a big issue is the fact that you can only change weapons while on a branch on on the ground, not while moving in Predkour or in mid-air. Playing the predator feels too clunky right now and I feel like thatās why itās so easy to kill him.

Man, I cant change it reliably even on the ground. Feels like they make me solve some rubikās cube before I can do stuff. Press q and do some circle-motion with a mouse and invisible cursor to try and catch a picture of item you want to use! What is that? When I just started playing first thing I was doing after respawn was solving this puzzle so I have machete selected after plasma rifle so I could use ālast weaponā bind. But now I have 3 weapons! Not being able to change weapons mid-air is fine by me, its not Quake.

OK YOU NEED TO MAKE THE SELF DESTRUCT HARDER TO DISABLE IM TIRED OF PEOPLE CHASING ME DOWN IN SECOND WIND THEN ME HAVING TO SELF DESTRUCT AND THEM DISABLEING IT IN 2 SECONDS! HECK EVEN MAKE IT SO THEY CANT DISABLE IT CAUSE ITS ALIEN TECH SO HOW THE HECK WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO DISABLE IT!? ITS SO ANNOYING TO GET IN A MATCH AND GET IN SECOND WIND CAUSE ALL FOUR OF THEM HAVE KNIVES OUT AND KEEP PARYING MY ATTACKS WHICH IS ALSO DUMB THEB HAVING TO SELF DESTRUCT AND THEM SOLVING IT PLS DO SOMETHING!

Yep what he just said times a million and why canāt I just kill a guy melee. I get winded every time trying to get the āquick trophieā this is a joke then they all chase the predator around the jungle about to kill him with knives? Is that how the movie went seriously fix this whack gameplay make the predators weapons more affective and why these guys can see me with the camouflage on anyway so letās make the engery last a bit longer Jesus

Honestly guys guy just defused the self destruct in 15 seconds not even. That is serious bullshit. Please get rid of this shit and then being able to call reinforcements so quickly is also bullshit. This game is so frustrating fix it quick please
