I agree with the basic issue on balance you brought up.

If not a rework, they could change a few things like:
Fireteam

  • Increase damage drop off by 40% on all hit scan weapons, especially sniper rifles.
  • Nerf the base damage of NRV-E, B34S-T, and Frag Grenades by 10%.
  • Cap the Grimtech19 at 8 RPS and the 1011-12 at 7 RPS
  • Double the revive time using Field Medic
  • Add 50% reduced damage taken while downed

Predator

  • Increase the energy cost of plasma caster by 25%
  • add a block to regaining stamina during leaps and jumps (just like fireteam)

This would give the fireteam plenty of damage to defend themselves in close quarters, but not enough range damage to hunt predators.

Likewise, predators would be less able to use only plasma caster from “safe” distances and less able to kill downed players with ranged attacks, while additionally making leap and jump spam in close quarters less viable.

I think this would make both sides happier in respect to damage trading and defending downed teammates, while also feeling like the predator has to use a variety of weapons to be effective.

I personally think that predator also lacks a passive ability which all preds should have it, and its mainly like a passive that allows the pred to not be damaged at all if hes being shot at from like a far… cause it would make sense from the movies and comics people cant really see pred, even if they shoot at him directly it does not hurt him… but in the game it would make sense if they shoot at him and he is like from a far, he would only be startled and make noise.

But for example if he comes close like to go hand in hand combat and melee, and lose his stamina that ability goes away and he is more vulnerable as he would be realistically…

That’s actually not a bad idea.

Make the predator “Bullet proof” (like a force shield in Halo) while cloaked, but each bullet drains energy.

You’d have to nerf weapons usable while cloaked I think…to balance this. I think that’s a very fair and reasonable trade off though.

Well except plasma pistol…we don’t need to nerf that anymore

True i think its a resonable trade cause when i did play i got my fun from actually seeing people get hit by plasma and weapons… rather than them dying… when they died i felt like shit and got bored.

On day one it was clear about false advertising, you only pointed out the tip of the iceberg , my friend. Dont forget the whole developing another game while taking money from this IPs fans , doing minimal work , maximum bugs and then riding off into the sunset .

The new game? Same bugs , same broken matchmaking and they had the balls to brag about how good it was on this forum while taking suggestions from here , over there .

Predator wouldn’t be able to deal with Jason’s magic tard strength. Then there’s the sniping and the teleporting. Pred loses to katana and the guy was missing fingers.

Casual Super Jason > vietnam tunnel sprinting jason.

It was all downhill from the intro.

Hey , thats no laughing matter . There was a tard in my old town who beat the shit out of three or four bouncers at the same time , I think they wouldn’t let him inside and made fun of him , or they could have told him there was no ice cream, I’m unsure.

I mean is not “bullet proof” the energy field is absorbing the damage, but it depletes faster as you get shot more and more
