Its scummy that its been constantly on sale aswell with its state and this lawsuit looming . At launch it was flat out false advertising. The beta was pretty much what we paid for and the fact they said cross party invites would be a thing? It was something like 4-5 months before it was put in . That on its own should have got people refunds

This game should of been released on steam in Early Acess, cause it still feels like an early acess game.

Game was already fucked long before this. We were never going to get any appreciable addition in content. It’s been a year and there’s been fuck all. This game is still in an alpha build.

Not with an alpha build price tag either . They clubbed us with nostalgia and dragged us into the boat . A “passion project” that you think of , talk to fox and then meet to get the greenlight all in the same week? Nothing feels or looks passionate about this
If its in Alpha it should of been 20 dollars at the most.
And console should of never of had it, cause they only suffered more.
I was under the impression that steam and Microsoft lost out on this , but maybe they looked at it and decided not to touch it with a ten foot pole

A deal , that for all we know , wasnt the first choice . For all we know they thought they would tie it up and beta test it for 12 months to see where it would go . More return that being on steam for cheaper and steam would look bad now , so they dodged a bullet
Yeah that and most likely main thing Sony wanted it on the ps4 so the most likely rushed them, cause it seems like they were going for early acess and then said fuck and but it in epic so oc could have it.
If the game dies officially im more interested on wtf happened behind the scenes with this game cause god damn so much confusion and lies.

So Apparently Predators the movie came to Disney Plus today in UK so idk at this point?
Its been a thing for the last few years , original creators found a law that reverts the rights back to them after a period of time . I can remember hearing about it and I cant remember exactly but its between 30-35 years that the sale can be renegotiated or something along those lines . There was talk of it around James Cameron and terminator

This has utterly gut punched the fanbase, especially after the difficult year of minimal to no transparency regarding ANYHTHING about the game.
As some have mentioned your company has till tomorrow to do ANYTHING before you will be asked to cease and desist. (As articles have stated)
Literally the worst news I have woken up to in years… We have been deprived of anything substantially added to this game, now we don’t even hear from you guys about the franchise being locked up due to a rights fight in court.
Yes it’s new and developing, but do you guys even care about the people that have purchased and played your game for the better part of a year?

I understand your frustrations but we wont hear anything from them until 9am central time, and thats IF THERE IS AN UPDATE TODAY which from the way OKH was talking he was finishing up the blog post without directly saying it.
There fans too they will most likely say something.
Also from the State of game no they dont care but legally they have to say something I would think.
It’s just so bizarre how us as the fans have had the ass end from the beginning, to the literal forced end.
Not for just this game, but now the whole franchise.
So bummed out right now because this game means alot to me and I have developed amazing relationships from it.

Dont give up just yet, there are multiple different variables for this situation, so expect the worse hope for the best not even about the game at this point but for the franchise.
