Even in that sentence you prove only that it was Exclusive as a “bonus” to the game at the time of release, which it was and is, but not that they cannot ever release it again. Also just saying I’m pretty sure if anyone of us tried to sue over wording involving a Pre-Order Bonus the lawyers that a multi-million dollar company have would squash us and we’d spend more than you would maybe get over something you didn’t pay extra for.

Thank you! Wow that would be disappointing to see it released as the box DID say exclusive. If however you followed Illfonics twitter I believe it was (when NECA were announcing the partnership) they had stated somewhere that it WOULD be available later in the summer. Albeit I thought it would be paid, which would be an even bigger slap in the face. I see what you’re saying, thanks for the pic.

Here is the thing everybody, if they want to release it they will, they own the licence to it and if you like it or not they alone have the rights to that not anybody who bought the game. Read their licence agreement page. To those that have it, and I am one of them, great we have it and good for the rest of you who pre-ordered the game. For those who don’t have it, it is up to you guys to keep outcrying for the right to purchase it. In the end it is truly up to illfonic so keep your fingers crossed and hopefully they will release it down the road once all these die hard exclusive skins people have moved on to the next bigger better thing.
