Yeah. They’re really freaked out by it. Even pro teams don’t know what’s going on.
I’ve only been able to test it on the hook, but it might/should work for every weapon.
I’m also using amazon ghost with it, so, yeah…
as much as i hate fireteam, im gonna have to say no because that would make pubs not fun
besides anyone who knows what the parry mechanic is can just mash melee and eventually land one, then proceed to melt pred

Does it make ghost spec useless though? Melee when cloaked is the criteria for it’s activation.
Also, they may parry, but you can time it out as they’re just spamming the air, not knowing where you are unless spotted. I find it useful it just jump over their heads after every strike. Keep changing which direction you’re hitting them from. Lots of funny videos to come!
that may be so, but it would just make playing public matches boring, even against premades. i want to have some of a challenge even if i do win lol
Well, we’ll let the votes decide whether or not people want it as a feature. It’s not without its drawbacks, just like all the synja moves. I have to say, it’s really frickin fun.
Some people, me included, think that it should already be a feature. In the films, you don’t see the predator uncloak every time it strikes someone. You can’t be cloaked and use critical strikes with this. Only basic strikes, which is more canon. It may only work for one weapon, the hook; i’ll have to try out more combos. Actually, it also can work for wristblades.
Not sure if a bug, or a great big ol’ easter egg.
it technically is a feature, you can do melee stealth kills while remaining cloaked but i guess that doesn’t count in this topic
No, you’re onto something here. It is a good justification. I’ve noticed disk stealth kills keep melee invisible too.
I would have made it you choose whether or not you’re a bad blood or an honorable predator
Each would have unique play styles, abilities etc
It’s an interesting dynamic in an otherwise sometimes lackluster game. Have had lots of good matches lately though.
My fandom allowed me to overlook the shortcomings of this game for a good two years
This game was a noble effort that fell short
It could have been improved and expanded upon infinitley but for whatever reason they just didn’t

Uh, it’s a miracle they did make what it is now, with such a short staff. Now they have even less. It’s not like it’s Bethesda in the 90s.
I think that every bug/exploit that gives you an unfair advantage over other players should be fixed.
What’s an unfair advantage? I’m not using any external software or hardware. I just started playing vs people with 6 yrs experience.
I’m just using what illfonic gave me, which is what people say is legit here. ;)
Besides, a final boss should have some special features, and finishing moves.
Ur using an exploit
By everyones’ own logic, if it can be done on any platform, it’s not an exploit or cheat.
U are changing a in game mechanic to have a different outcome that is an exploit, while I agree that the predator shouldn’t uncloak in melee to stay true to the lore of the IP but this is a game where the mechanics are there in place to “balance” the game. So hence it’s an exploit
