That’s how I play, can’t do anything about it.
I do all those things unintentionally, without effort, just using the binds and fingers. No macros, no programmes, nothing.
To be good you need use your brain and aiming skills, that’s all the magic.

I don’t understand what this has to do with instant weapon change (no animation) and instant aim+shot, but that’s ok.

EDIT: @Samhain13 showed me in private how fast can be changing weapons and shooting with key bindings (no macro). It can be really fast but not that fast. And we tried in a situation with no FT shooting you. At this point I don’t know what to think. I could be either wrong or right. Both me and Samhain agree that the game was programmed with consoles in mind and that probably this fast shooting/weapon change was not as the game was intended to be.

Maybe also playing with fast hands perk too. His first kill at 1:19 was a thing of beauty. Combi, bow, plasma combo—precision accuracy and quick swaps.

And how do you measure it?
You just switch between your weapons yourself, not waiting till game’s gonna do it for you and not using the wheel. Should be that consider as mechanic abusing?
Do you think I should wait till the animation is finished and only after that use the weapon?
In fact, I admit that I have changed my opinion.
From the fact that there is a macro that perfectly executes that command it cannot be inferred that you are using it.
However, the way and speed with which you perform those combinations is extraordinary, and we have not been able to replicate it despite ideal conditions.

Oh I can get incredibly fast weapon changing too. In fact I often run Fast Hands and have my 3 main Predator weapons (Plasmacaster, Combistick & Netgun) all binded to my Left, Up & Right D-Pad buttons. I also put gear swapping on L1 bumper right above the D-Pad which means I NEVER have to open the weapon wheel. With Fast Hands swapping from weapon to weapon with these bindings take roughly 0.4 seconds. Less than half a second.
No fast hands in the loadout, did you see?
How do you equip healing siringe, traps, audio decoys, etc?
Well L1 for me is gear swapping. And on my main build I only carry Medkits & Motion Trackers. So worst case scenario I just have to press the button twice.
