No skill! you apparently do not understand what I have been trying to say the whole time, skill to me is like overcoming challenges and obstacles to becoming better but instead they just made her a expert already which is what I mean by no skill and I already pointed out in the article I posted the the writers themselves didn’t even know what they were trying to do because of so many plot holes

Ok based on what your take on what skill is according to what u just said, then how about the scene where she observed one of Pred’s weaknesses by noticing that the Pred was not able to see that French guy who she helped by giving him medicine that lowered his body temp.

Did she not “overcome that challenge” and “obstacle” by observing and studying the Pred in that given situation?

And shortly after that scene she takes the medicine herself to lower her own body temp for the final face off against the Pred. The Pred couldn’t see her as well, which is why she is skilled because she “overcame” that “challenge” of beating Pred’s thermal vision which ultimately led her to be able to kill it.

Didn’t want to copy the 1st film and they wanted her to deliver her monologues proudly while Dutch was hiding in a corner and everything he tried failed, commence flower deus ex machina.
Even the mud stopped working, meanwhile she has to sidestep out of the predators way because the plot armor is that blinding and the pred is deaf.

I suspect the actor being unable to act distressed beyond pouting has something to do with it too. Captain Marvel vibes.

Rather we get Danny Glover running around like a sweaty schizophrenic.

Your missing my point. Again I am only referring to your comment about her not being skilled. All this sexist stuff your mentioning I don’t care about.

What she did in the movie how she learned and observed the enemy (the pred) to study it’s weaknesses and the actions she took after that using what she learned is a skill in itself.

Mid tier forgettable movie that’s fun for a watch when bored and that’s it.

The main character is forgettable and lucky AT BEST or a complete idiot who got her tribesmen killed and is PROUD of it at worst. Seriously she walks up to her tribe with the pred head and is proud? Congrats, your ego got your brother and several other men killed now the tribe is fucked for enough meat to survive or defend against other warring tribes. Only a psychopath wouldn’t be traumatized by what happened and not think “what have I done? What if there’s others like it? What’s going to happen to my people if others seek vengeance?”

She only got saved by more plot armor than even the ultramarines of 40k have. The time the pred flipped her over and slammed her on the ground would have KILLED her or at the very least knocked the wind out of her and left her unable to fight as Feral proceeds to gut her.

Yet , she took a pred head back to camp…instead of her brothers body at the end 😄(even though he dragged her back to camp and saved her life , for her to then storm off jealous of him) She was a selfish piece of shit. Even her motivation was selfish and of jealousy. So was such an unlikeable character that through her selfishness and disobedience, she got most of the men in her tribe killed . Its not woke , it just ends with all the male warriors dead and a girl as the warchief (all while she smiles at another young girl in the tribe) and the elder women watching on . Totally not girl power

Wtf “Help” and “Skill” are not the same thing. I’m talking about the things that she did on her own to defeat the Pred in the end by observing his weaknesses and adapting to overcome him in the end.

  1. She observed that he couldn’t see low body temps. So she took her own medicine to disguise her body heat.

  2. She observed that his mask laser guides his projectiles to whatever it is pointing to, so she set a trap in the end using his own mask against him.

  3. She bodied the whole French colonists camp by herself when she went back to rescue her dog.

  4. She escaped beheading from the Pred’s feral fan shield by pushing herself up leaving her head protected between rocks. Then fuckn ripped one of Pred’s own mandables and stabbed him with it.

These are all “SKILLS” that she did on her own without help.

So yea your argument is voided go suck a dick 🤭🤭🤭
