I tottaly agree with every one of you that paid extra or prepurchase and did not get what was promised… in a way, you know - we all feel thaht way. We have been promiesed “Predator hunting grounds” not “Fucking fire team hunting grounds”… no offence taken bro :-) Hope you will get your stuff, or atleast a refound for it

at this point i played more then the 2 hours so i have to hope they give me the skin…

I also hope so, they give us what corresponds otherwise I am hardly playing, if you tell me you cannot get it because they are different products and you have played 4 hours I will tell you clearly:
Certainly I have played 4h but they are different products, that is, maximum 2 hours the first time and two hours the 2nd time I buy it.

I still have not gotten a response, but it looks like we made some support from you guys on the issue.

I am communicating with Epic Games and Illftonic, I will update as soon as I have news.

After communicating with epic … and not obtaining a solution, they only ask questions and avoid giving a solution to the problem and regretting it a lot for the developers but since I cannot get a solution to the problem I have decided to refund the product, I will wait for the version of Steam.

A tip, if you have a problem with the skin, contact Illftonic directly.

So Yh this is great literally couldn’t get into the game itself for a week just to find I haven’t got the stuff I pre ordered for

I can confirm that you do not have to worry about that weapon, you can buy it in the game or it can touch you in the boxes, the predator 87 mask I do not know, (they say yes and there are photos but I have not touched any yellow object yet)
In any case, I recommend you contact Illftonic directly, epic will wash their hands.

Definitely DO NOT Email bomb them. That’s rude. Just shoot them an email and hope that the issue gets sorted out.

Alright. I’ve sent the emails necessary and am now awaiting a response. Hopefully everything goes off without a hitch.

Edit: Let’s all remember the stress that Illfonic is likely under. They have a huge new property on release with massive balance issues, and that’s ignoring the issues that a multiplayer game already encounters by default. We can do our best to be kind at a time like this.

Surely to speed up the process, send an email to the developers or directly here from the forum to any of them and report the problem they are having and attach this information.

Enter your game, go to the options menu, at the bottom right you will have a very long number copy that number and add it to the information to speed up the process and the possible solution
