k thats not how that works at all you have to go step by step with it like :C: drive or :B: drive programfilesx86/User/AppData you know like how do i get to the folder you used. and i swear if its something fuckin Vage again -_-

Youâll need to look up a guide on how to access appdata. If youâre on a Windows computer, then youâll need to enter, â%appdata%,â in your file search bar. That will take you to your Appdata/Roaming folder.
Navigate back to Appdata.
From there you should see three folders. Enter the folder titled, âLocal.â You will now be in
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local
From there you will scroll until you locate the SpaceFish folder, and enter it.
C:\Users\Geran\AppData\Local\SpaceFish
Delete everything inside.
Also, if someone isnât communicating clearly letâs not get too impatient, though I understand your agitation. He navigated to that folder using my instructions above in my brief step-by-step.
Regardless, this method did not originally work for me.
Epic Games got in contact with me again! Theyâve verified that I made the Pre-Purchase and have begun a research phase in an attempt to solve the issue. Iâve redone the above steps and verified the game again after this morningâs update. Hoping we have progress.
Doing these steps again did not help, even after todayâs hotfix.
How do you even contact them?
Use the button in the upper right hand corner. Right now they seem to be responding to me at a 1 message per day rate, all at ungodly hours in the morning.

also i found the folder and stuff but not the folder with my savefile its not in with my stuff thats super odd
I tried to delete my files verify and nothing donât work for me and its pissing me off deeply
Same whats pissing me off the most is the lack of Care the devs are putting into this Issue

I have the same issue, have uninstalled/reinstalled. no fix . have alse TRIED contacting epic games 9 times now. every time upon clicking submit it tells me there was an error and to try again.
For me they just avoid me

At this point im just not giving epic or illfonic money intell they gave me what they owe me
same here, I got a feeling its just an issue on the epic games side but im not too sure, any PSN peeps not have their stuff too?
what really bugs me is how iffonic tells us to send a support letter, I sended two to epic games, one entirely ghosted me after asking for some photos, and the next dude replied a day after saying they are working on very vaguely, I would really love if iffonic could talk to us more than just say " hey go talk to that support team" and not on his twitter or even here telling us they are working on it with epic, which Im getting the feeling they arenât with how they donât want to really help us and how the dev is very silent
